Cons

Great M&A tool with some operational gaps

Pros

Dealroom is easy to navigate and well-structured for M&A activities. While it's generally useful, I think some finer details could be improved from an operational perspective. Overall, the design, flow and features are quite helpful.

Cons

Little details can be annoying, like not being able to use my own templates, having to import and export files and the inability to copy assignees.
