I got the hang of the tool after just two events. Since then I've been easily setting up the events, including the website, campaigns, registration forms and managing the participant database. While it does take time to set up, I know the Digitevent support team is available if I need assistance. What I really appreciate is not having to spend time explaining my needs. Managing tickets is easy and their responsiveness is great, although having a phone hotline would be nice.

Cons

For B2B events, we invite participants to attend for free but sometimes we need to charge them for additional services, like activities or hotels. In this case, Digitevent doesn't seem like the best fit, as the platform is geared toward paid events.

It's a simple-to-use tool that offers a great variety of services at a reasonable price. For our end-of-year party, we were able to upload an excel file to manage employee registrations and handle check-ins seamlessly on the event day. The ability to do extractions is also a great plus.
