“Smooth experience for attendees
Pros
Having all my meeting schedules and the broader conference tracks available digitally has completely changed the way I experience events. The app saved me a ton of time and effort in navigating a typically overwhelming event with little time between meetings. The ability to get real-time updates through the app was a huge benefit. Being able to access the agenda and maps easily, instead of dealing with paper or PDFs that are always inconvenient, really made a difference.
Cons
I have nothing to add here. The app worked perfectly.

Pros
The platform is incredibly easy to use for managing all of our events. It's a smart app and virtual platform that really enhances how attendees interact with the event. The support team is also fantastic and they're always on hand to help!
Cons
The text editor could be improved but I understand that this is already on the roadmap for future updates.

“Awesome product, super easy to use.
Pros
The ease of use for our internal team is one of the best parts. Eventogy also did an excellent job customizing our event invitations and sites to match our global brand. The mobile app that our clients use for events is fantastic as well. The leadership team was extremely helpful throughout the process, making sure we could deliver a smooth, successful event experience.
Cons
The iOS app looks much better than the Android version, but I believe a refresh is on the way soon.

Pros
We've been running events for our clients and have had nothing but positive experiences with Eventogy. It's super easy to use, and our clients really enjoy the experience. It's so much better than just using a basic platform like WebEx.
Cons
Nothing to mention here. We have only used it this year for virtual events and haven't tested the full range of features yet.

Pros
Eventogy's customer service team is truly outstanding. Whenever we've had questions or issues, they've addressed them promptly. We've even asked for custom solutions and they've always delivered exactly what we needed.
Cons

This is my first time using an app for event management and I found it extremely simple and user-friendly. It's a fantastic way to centralize all event information in one place.
Cons
Occasionally, we faced some formatting issues, which could be only fixed by contacting support.

Pros
This software is amazing! You can manage so much on your own, but it's great to have Eventogy's team available to guide you through the setup process if needed. It's really convenient to log into the registration site and make quick changes when necessary. The end result is always professional and polished and I'm extremely happy with how everything looks.
Cons
My only downside is that I can't validate fields conditionally myself. However, I believe this will be addressed soon, and admins will be able to do this on their own. I'm looking forward to that, as it would mean we only need to contact support if something goes wrong or if we're having trouble with a specific feature.
