“love the easy setup and support
Pros
I found the ease of implementation to be a big plus, along with very good customer service and continuous product development.
Cons
The product is still in development so I've noticed that some functionalities are missing and there's medium flexibility for more advanced needs.

“Easy session registration and sign-ups
Pros
For participants, I appreciated the ability to register for sessions, sign up for additional activities, rate sessions and network with others. From an operator's perspective, I liked being able to create the agenda, check on participant activities, make real-time changes and schedule all communication.
Cons
I missed the ability to use operator functions via phone and set a limited quantity of places for sessions.

Pros
With all the event details, sessions, and participant info accessible beforehand, I was able to prepare effectively. This was a big change for me compared to how I used to handle things. Because of this, I definitely achieved better outcomes at the event without wasting time navigating or searching for my clients.

Pros
The platform is easy to use and very simple to navigate, providing valuable support for event organizers, attendees and speakers. It also helps our company to monitor event quality and attendee satisfaction.
Cons
At first I had difficulties logging in via LinkedIn or Facebook, but that issue has since been fixed.

“Eventory makes everything easy!
Pros
Eventory simplifies many processes, especially communication with attendees, saving me time and reducing stress. A significant benefit is being able to view everything in chats and compare it with previous events. For instance, I can see how many people connected, started conversations, and which lectures were the best or worst (though I hope they were all great!).
Cons
I don't really find any major cons. It can be tough to convince attendees to use the app initially but I believe they'll come around once they see the value of the networking opportunities it offers.
