Always there when you need them

Pros

There is nothing good about it. Like you do not really control your own operation instead, you have to run it the way they expect which gives me the feeling that they do not focus on customers at all.

Cons

One of the biggest cons is that they do not offer customer service around the clock. Plus they can switch up what they sell to you whenever they want.

Glad I went with this

Pros

Thanks to automation our business reached new heights. Honestly I cannot picture running things without it now.

Cons

Loading all my inventory was definitely the most time consuming part but it turned out to be totally worth it.

Not budget-friendly

Pros

I really like everything about Goodshuffle Pro but for someone planning events, I find it a little too expensive.

Cons

For someone planning events it is just way too expensive. For those with inventory the prices might be great but since I only want to manage my clients and team, I am checking other options. And the main reason I have not switched yet is I do not want to start from scratch again.

Fairly easy to use

Pros

The system is so easy to use. And I am a big fan of the integrations and how smoothly everything works overall.

Big fan of it

Pros

There are lots of useful tools all bundled together and neatly arranged. We can track payments, inventory, staff and more. Plus their customer support is very kind and always solves any issues my team runs into.

Cons

It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. However I do wish there was an autosave feature in the chat. As I have lost many messages by accidentally clicking away or if a client emails while I am typing and the whole draft disappears. That can be very frustrating.

Best rental tool I've tried

Pros

It keeps me very much organized. Plus managing all our clients, communications, logistics, sales leads and inventory in one place makes a huge difference. Also the wishlist feature tied to our website has really boosted our sales.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind right now. Even if we find glitches or need help they fix things quickly. I must say their customer support is truly outstanding.

Simple and covers everything

Pros

Their customer service goes above and beyond. We get quick responses and follow ups. Plus it is very easy to use is and it was essential for us especially when we have to meet a deadline.

Cons

We have not tapped into all of its benefits yet because we have been so busy but I am sure it has helped us grow.

Perfect tool if you're in rentals

Pros

Goodshuffle is really user friendly and their customer support is excellent too. As they respond fast to our problems and keep us informed about product updates and fixes.

Cons

I just wish they let users enter international phone numbers and manually accept international credit card info.

Keeps our stuff and budget in check

Pros

We love how organized everything is and the inventory pictures. Our clients also like how simple it is to use. Plus being able to see product incomes clearly is amazing. And customer service is outstanding too.

Cons

The strict postal code requirement for credit card payments has caused a lot of complaints from clients. We get it is for security but still it is a pain point. Also on client quotes it would be great to change item quantities directly without having to click "Edit" on each one. As many clients change their numbers and editing each item individually takes forever. On the daily order page we see contract start and end times but it would be better if it showed exact times like Start: 8 - 10am and End: 3 - 4pm for quicker planning.

Decent but not perfect

Pros

Communication and payments go really smoothly. Also it is pretty helpful how they run behind the scenes during events while we focus on current ones.

Cons

The platform does not let us schedule or assign trucks and labor which is a major drawback.

Easiest tool I have ever used

Pros

Billing and contracts have never been easier or more efficient for us. Plus with it inventory management is easy too.

Cons

I wish there were more customization options before signing up. Plus I admit that there are definitely features I pay for but do not need or use.

Works well and the team is helpful

Pros

My son and I launched Twin Cities Tent and Event Rental in Spring 2023. We checked out several software options but chose Goodshuffle for many reasons. It is easy to learn, the dashboard info is super helpful and putting together quotes is simple. The conflict detection keeps us from overbooking. Plus the staff support is simply amazing. Whenever we have questions they set up a Zoom call and in under 30 minutes, answer everything and teach us a lot about Goodshuffle. Thanks to them our new business exploded as we are fully booked through June and have already passed our yearly sales goal sadly turning down jobs. My son even bought an extra $10,000 of equipment to keep up with orders for the rest of the year.

Cons

So far nothing bothers us. However we would like to see it integrate with QuickBooks.

Really simple to get around

Pros

Well having all the info our client's info needed such as proposal, contract and payment link is right there on one screen helps them make smart decisions.

Cons

Creating new contracts and payment policies is not easy as I expected because those options are kind of hidden.

Offer no real help just excuses all the time

Pros

They can get customers a pretty quick quote while they wait or by the end of the day. That feature sold us on Goodshuffle. But sadly it is just a concept because their customer service and inventory handling are quite terrible.

Cons

They have let me down at nearly every step. I can send a decent quote if it is for rental items that have been around forever. But they do not keep up with trends or update inventory terms properly. After a week of chatting in their support box you realize customer service keeps failing repeatedly. Honestly I have not tried many features because if they cannot handle inventory well, so what's the point?

Way too user-friendly

Pros

I like that new users pick up the program quickly. Plus the system is easy to use and the learning curve is also short. And the task feature really helps our employees stay on track.

Cons

The email feature keeps changing the result of it is that I have to keep relearning how to use it.

already good and getting better

Pros

One thing I love is that Goodshuffle Pro connects with Google especially Google Maps. We run 30 to 40 events on busy Saturdays so having powerful logistics is a must. And having a quick map overview really helps. Plus adding and editing inventory items is quite easy which means a lot to me.

Cons

Staffing is quite weak. Though you can add cross rental items but there is no good way to enter our company's costs for those items. Plus QuickBooks seems mandatory to get full use of Goodshuffle and since we do not use QuickBooks it makes things harder.
