“Kick off your next event with grenadine
Pros
I find this software incredibly easy to use. I can plan an event from start to finish using it, and everything I need is right here and nothing gets overlooked. From managing the venue to handling tickets, everything is organized in one place. It's a tool I truly love.
Cons
I haven't found any cons yet. Truly the software is easy to use and they've thought of everything. It's designed for professional event planners, but non-professionals can use it too.

“Simple to use, with professional-grade results
Pros
It's amazing how simple and easy the platform is, even for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy. The end result looks highly professional, and the tech team is always available to quickly resolve any issues that come up. This is the second year we've used Grenadine for our festival, an open, free event organized by fans for fans. Even though we don't use all the advanced features, the platform is incredibly practical and helps us maintain a professional image, which has impressed many participants who organize conferences and other professional events.
Cons
Nothing. All the features we've used have worked superbly.

“Not the right fit for us
Pros
My experience was okay, but there were a lot of bugs. Unless there are significant improvements, I don't think I would use your software again. I can see that you have something good here but I don't think it was the right fit for our event, as it was very simple.
Cons
On the outside, it seemed to be the best software when I was comparing companies, but once I got into building the site, I had a lot of issues and many of my simple requests couldn't be answered or dealt with: Cell phone numbers for our guests weren't saved, and I had to ask individually to get that info. Reports are a mess. For some questions, you have to go to one report and for other questions, you need to download another. The whole point of reports is to save time, but I ended up copying and pasting a lot of data. This was my biggest disappointment. Also why are cancelled tickets included in reports? Your support department's emails don't always reference my original message, making it hard to understand when you send multiple replies. It would be great if you included the original question in your response. We had to try several ways to sell tickets for an activity choice. There was no perfect solution, and it created issues when people went to register. We wanted only one choice, with the others grayed out once a selection was made. Instead, people accidentally selected multiple options, which caused a mess that we had to clean up. This is a major problem area for us, and it will prevent us from using your software again. I couldn't upload maps, and I was discouraged from doing so. The sign doesn't work in text, as it stops displaying everything after it.

“Overall great, but some areas need work
Pros
I'm very happy with the software and would definitely recommend it to other clients. It's a one stop shop for everything. The customer service is great, and I love the dashboard, it gives me a clear view of everything at a glance.
Cons
Reporting was a bit challenging and customization wasn't as user-friendly for beginners. I would have liked a simplified, one-page registration form instead of a survey-style approach.

“Fantastic platform with an amazing team
Pros
Grenadine has made managing the details of our convention so much more organized and intuitive. Being able to input and edit data in one place, where it's accessible to all our team members, and have it sync automatically with the website and app is priceless. The support team is also incredibly responsive as they often fix bugs or issues the same day or the next. We've been using Grenadine for four years now, and we're still very happy with it!
Cons
Small bugs often pop up now and then, though the team is quick to fix them. I also wish there were more customization options for the website and app but I understand they're working on those features. Despite this, the pros far outweigh the cons.

“Essential to my daily workflow
Pros
We organize large-scale conventions with up to 15 events happening simultaneously and Grenadine is absolutely indispensable. The ability to check the grid and ensure we're not double booking has made our jobs so much easier.
Cons
At times, the reports are not my favorite but I can still work with them.

Pros
I love how easy it is to set up, and it looks very professional. I also really appreciate the countdown clock leading up to the event as well as the alerts sent to attendees when updates are made.
Cons
Since I only have an annual event, I have to start from scratch each year to rebuild everything.I am not able to pay to keep the data stored year-round.

“A perfect tool for user-friendly non-profit events
Pros
There are many elements that can be translated and the features are very user-friendly. The visual design is appealing and having both the conference website and registration feature in one place is a huge plus for a small organizing team like ours, especially since we don't have much experience with event planning.
Cons
Some features were not translatable. Features like sponsors and speakers lack flexibility (e.g., categories for sponsorship should be an added option, and speaker categories should have more flexibility).

“User-friendly interface at an affordable price
Pros
The cost is lower than many other options that offer similar functionality. I particularly like the ability to group activities and sessions happening at the same time and how easy it is to add new sessions. The app interface is also really user-friendly. Plus embedding the event on my website and including it in external emails was a breeze.
Cons
Attendees only show up in the public list if they've created a profile and approved it for public viewing. As a result, only 3 of my 135 attendees appeared in the app. There didn't seem to be a way to override this, so I created a PDF file with the list of attendees and added it as a document.
