Pros

Literally nothing. It offers nothing that you can’t get with a regular video call platform.

Cons

It’s unnecessarily complicated to use. The features are there for show and provide more distraction than they support anything. I don’t see why anyone would pay for this. It only makes interpretation harder and less effective.

We used this platform during an event that required interpretation services and I found it handled that requirement effectively in practice.

It connected to our platform without any hassle and the guidance and instructions were very clear. The sound check was easy, everything worked properly and the representative stayed responsive to both me and the client, answering every question quickly, helpfully and in a very friendly way.

Accessing the live interpretation is very convenient since users can join it with just a single click.
