“Inwink is a fantastic tool for managing events”
Pros
Inwink provides every feature needed for online event management, including webinars, one-on-one meetings and conference management. I had no difficulty using, deploying and administering. Most importantly, the support team is excellent and always responsive.
Cons
Some features were challenging for me to locate in the admin menus.

“It covers all the problems I face”
Pros
What I appreciate most is the ease of use, it's very user friendly. The Inwink site is well-designed, with clear and precise sections. The online help is incredibly useful and it addresses all the issues I encounter.
Cons
The only downside to the platform is the propagation time when making changes to go live. It would also be fantastic if I could send invitations directly through Inwink.

“The most powerful custom event platform”
Pros
The platform offers advanced customization on both the back end and front end, allowing organizers to create their own back office and website. I can design the user experience I want for each persona and gather detailed data through personalized fields on a true "WYSIWYG" platform. The ready-made features, such as the agenda, partner workspace, business meetings and networking based on a customized matchmaking algorithm, make organizers' lives much easier. Plus, I can enhance the experience by connecting external tools like Salesforce or PayPal. The help from customer support and customer success managers is fast and efficient. Best of all, all features are included in the license, and every improvement and new feature is available to all clients at no extra cost. It keeps evolving for the better!
Cons
There isn't much to criticize... Perhaps the paid registration feature could be more advanced compared to others, but it typically meets my requirements! Additionally it would be amazing to export my event data into a visually appealing chart or some form of data visualization, instead of just standard Excel sheets. However as long as I receive all my data, I'm satisfied!
