Pros

Using it has been easy in my experience and I find it to be a very client-friendly solution.

Cons

Pricing setup for existing clients could be better. After the first purchase, there should be an option to buy additional credits at a lower per-event cost.

Efficient participant scanning feature

Pros

The scanning feature has worked well for me and makes registering participants and managing events much more convenient.

Quick and helpful support team

Pros

Whenever I need help, their customer service is outstanding and usually comes back with a good solution within just a few minutes. On top of that, the software is very simple to use which makes it a really good fit for any event manager.

Cons

One thing that still feels frustrating is sharing the event landing page on social media, since that part is always difficult.

Working in event management, I'm constantly searching for ways to make the guest experience better. This platform is very user-friendly and helps me personalize event communication while also giving me useful insights about my guests.

Cons

Flexible event building system

Pros

I can build both very simple and highly complex event sites on my own, while still having the backing of a professional support team whenever I need it.

Cons
