Professional and responsive support

Pros

Right from the beginning, I found this tool simple to use and it gave our events a very professional look. The support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons

We haven't run into any drawbacks with it. We really enjoy working with this tool and it supports us in every way we need.

Quick event page creation

Pros

Creating event webpages has been quick and easy for me and the CRM works well throughout the entire event lifecycle. The platform offers a lot of flexibility and useful features.

Cons

Every now and then, there's a bug in the real-time statistics but it usually gets fixed within a few minutes.

Versatile and user friendly system

Pros

Overall, my experience with this software has been very positive. It's user-friendly, versatile and backed by one of the most responsive and friendly support teams I've worked with.

Cons

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the platform and the range of features it provides. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that some of our invitees are not always able to access the event sites or receive the invitations, possibly because of very strict security settings or other unclear reasons.

Polished and reliable interface

Pros

I found the interface polished and easy to work with. Everything works exactly as expected which makes the experience even better.

Cons

The only small downside is that if you haven't used it in a while, it can take an extra minute to get back into it. Still, it's really just a minute ,-) And whenever I call, things get sorted out or explained almost immediately.

Complete event overview tool

Pros

With Momcie, I get a full overview of all my events which makes it much easier for me to keep everything organized in one place.

Cons

perfect guided setup experience

Pros

From the beginning, I found the tool very simple and it guided me clearly through each step. I didn't need any design or advanced marketing experience to use it effectively which also made collaboration with my colleagues much easier.

Cons

Survey feature is fairly basic, so there aren't many options when it comes to adding different types of questions.

Strong support and flexible setup

Pros

What stood out to me the most is how supportive the team has been. I found the setup easy while still having enough flexibility to customize things and I like that the product keeps improving over time.

Cons

A few added features could make the overall experience even better, especially options for email templates and more flexibility with e-ticket layouts.

Quick event setup experience

Pros

In my experience, getting started didn't take long. I was able to build a great event website quickly, complete with a smooth registration flow and useful analytics.

Cons

One thing that could still be improved is having a copy-and-paste option for workshops that repeat across multiple rounds. It also lacks the ability to send push notifications, for example when there are changes to the programme.

Simple and reliable event management

Pros

Setting up an event site has been simple for me and I can manage everything from start to finish without much trouble. Whenever I've needed help, the support team has been reliable and easy to reach.

Cons

It would be better to have more options for customizing the event layout so it matches our branding more closely. Also, emails can sometimes end up in the spam folder.

Clear and easy page creation

Pros

The interface felt clear to me right away and I've found it easy to create attractive event pages and email invitations without much effort.

Cons

It would be better if there were more room for customization. It works a lot like a CMS that you just fill in and there isn't really any flexibility to go beyond that structure.

Highly user friendly platform

Pros

Out of the event tools I've used, this is one of the most user-friendly for me. It was quick to set up, easy to use and covers everything I need. I also really appreciate how the team listens to feedback, I saw that firsthand when multilingual support was eventually added.

Cons

At this point, I have not run into any real problems while using the tool. If anything, I would only suggest a few possible improvements, such as adding new design templates and enabling automatic email messages for people who have registered their attendance.

Quick and helpful support team

Pros

Whenever I need help, their customer service is outstanding and usually comes back with a good solution within just a few minutes. On top of that, the software is very simple to use which makes it a really good fit for any event manager.

Cons

One thing that still feels frustrating is sharing the event landing page on social media, since that part is always difficult.
