Pros
The user experience and ease of use are fantastic. Having our event calendar so easily accessible is invaluable and the app is continuously being improved to adapt to changes in our market and communication needs.
Cons
Editing recurring events can be clunky. We would love the ability to edit recurring events by individual dates. Currently we can only add recurring events that are perpetual and when we need to cancel a specific date, it cancels all instances. We would like this updated as we have several recurring events that don't happen every week and some that need specific dates canceled.

“This event software is the best in class
Pros
The software's design and user friendliness are impressive. Switching to PV has been like switching to Apple , a game changer! I used to use the top competitor in event management but it was clunky, hard to navigate and unattractive. I hated sending anything to clients. Perfect Venue is so easy and whenever I can't find something I think, "If I were designing this, where would I place it?" Sure enough, its right there. The software is sleek and the client facing features are classy and organized. The team who built this did a brilliant job. The support team was also excellent in helping us get started and build everything out. Plus they are still enhancing the software based on feedback, which is fantastic.
Cons
I really wish I could have a master account with all of our properties under one roof. At the moment, we have separate accounts for each property. While I can switch between them, it would be much better to see everything in one place, including shared calendars and the ability to move clients between properties. The pricing is competitive but it doesn't make sense for us to add a property since we aren't event focused. A hospitality version should allow up to five properties under one account for a set price.

Pros
The platform's structure is well organized and great for staying on top of everything! Plus their customer service is incredibly helpful.
Cons
It would be really helpful if QuickBooks or Clover POS could be directly linked. Also, I wish there was a way to create two proposals to present to a client.

Learning curve was quick and easy. It's very up to date and our clients have complimented how nice and easy it is to use.
Cons
One thing I would change is the requirement for credit cards to be added before we can set up a payment schedule.

The design is very user-friendly and the customer service is outstanding. We have used many different event platforms over the years but this one stands out above the rest.
Cons
We did encounter some kinks during the implementation but their team responded quickly and addressed the issues. Everyone we worked with genuinely cared about our needs and worked hard to find creative solutions, which wasn't easy since our business is a bit unconventional.

Pros
It has easy setup, calendar functionality, reporting tools and reasonable pricing make this a great choice.
Cons
When you lose an event, it stays on your calendar. The information remains in Perfect Venue but it doesn't show on the calendar. I usually delete the event to get it to fall off the view.
