Pros
Generating invoices and contracts is so easy and it works online. The software is simple to learn, has a nice design, and is a perfect tool for speeding up our work.
Cons
It has some limitations in terms of functions and doesn't integrate with other programs. I hope that it will be integrated with other software and online databases soon. Also, I'd like it to be more affordable.

“I started using this software over a year ago and loving it so far”
Pros
It's so easy to use! Invoicing, BEOs, and contracts are all in one place, making them easy to find. I can't imagine coordinating without this software!
Cons
I don't like that I have to recreate the same event even if it's identical to a previous one. I can change the date, but it carries over all the info from the past event, which is what I want but I also want the option to save the previous contract separately.

Pros
Love how everything is organized, which helps us stay on top of our events. It's especially useful for managing billing.
Cons
The inability to clone BEOs is a downside. Being able to clone BEOs would save us a lot of time and be a great help.

How easy it is to generate invoices and contracts, Customer feedback form, online application. I really like this product.
Cons
There are some limitations with features and functionality, including the lack of Outlook integration. I wish it could integrate more with other online software and databases.

Pros
Pxier is a very useful tool. My only recommendation is to make it easier to add or change menus, setups, etc directly from the event chart. It's a little confusing having to select the event every time I switch between tabs (menu, BEO, etc.).
Cons
I have to select the event every time I switch between tabs (menu, AV, etc.) which can be a bit difficult.

Pros
Great program to work with and amazing support whenever needed. The software is easy to learn and covers all the essential aspects. The support I received was outstanding: quick and clear, always explained in an easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend this program for hotels, caterers, restaurants etc.

“Loving it so far”
Pros
I've been using Pxier for almost a year now and have had a great experience. The program is incredibly user-friendly and customer support is lightning-fast and very receptive to feedback. I've worked with other platforms like Reserv, Delphi and ClubConnect but Pxier is by far the best value out there!
Cons
I would like the ability to print BEOs in legal size.
