“Great experience to use Showpass
Pros
I had a fantastic experience with Showpass! I loved that I could save my tickets directly to my Apple Wallet. It made things so much easier and I no longer logged into a website to find my tickets for the event. The integration with the event website was a big plus for me.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything I would change!

Pros
Booking events through Showpass is super easy. The software simplifies ticketing and overall event management. I found it simple to set up and use.

“Amazing customer service!!
Pros
The customer service was exceptional. My event was at a college campus, and the only address that led attendees to the main entrance was 2 km away from the actual venue. That would have caused a lot of confusion on the event day. Thankfully, the customer service rep worked with me to use the exact coordinates to guide everyone directly to the right spot.
Cons
So far I haven't found anything I dislike.

“Exceptional customizable platform with amazing customer service
Pros
Working with the Showpass team has been great. Setting up and using the software is smooth, and whenever I have questions or issues, their response time is impressive. They helped me customize the features to suit our organization's needs.
Cons
Occasionally, the back end can be a bit confusing, with some settings in unexpected spots but overall we've had a great experience.

Pros
We've been using Showpass for our VIP events for the past two years and it's been reliable and user-friendly. Both the desktop and mobile apps made managing our events, purchasing tickets, and scanning guests at the entrance incredibly smooth.
Cons
At times, navigating the website and accessing sales reports felt a bit difficult for us.
