Cons

The free plan design is pretty unappealing. I wish they would make a more simple template that isn't so overwhelming. Aside from that, it's a solid tool!

I manage many volunteers and arrange meetings, Not everyone is on Outlook so it is challenging to know what windows of time work for us to meet, plan and serve. This tool really helps resolve that!
