Easy and engaging event setup

Pros

Setting up an event is simple for me and I enjoy how it makes interacting with friends more engaging. I also like the user-friendly interface.

Cons

It's very easy to use and scheduling events is just as simple.

Strong audience engagement platform

Pros

In my experience, it works really well for interacting with the audience and keeping their attention. I've found it helps them stay focused throughout.

Cons

Operating it with a connected PPT is not very convenient and honestly, the only way it seems to work sometimes is by pure luck.

easy visitor survey platform

Pros

We mostly rely on it for surveys and customer questions and I find it works really well. The platform is easy and the simple login process makes things easier for our visitors.

Cons

There are only a few minor things that could make it even more efficient for our needs. For example, it would be helpful to have one master image for an entire survey instead of needing a separate image for each question. Integration with Acrobat presentations, Zoom meetings and Keynote presentations would also be a valuable addition.

Flexible subscription approach

Pros

one of the biggest advantages is being able to sign up only when I need it. I prefer this flexibility compared to ongoing subscriptions with other services.

Cons

Since I'm not very tech-savvy, I wasn't completely sure how to embed the live poll into my PowerPoint slide.

feature rich event dashboard

Pros

Right away, I found the dashboard user-friendly and effective for keeping attendees involved. I like the range of features, from polling and voting to Q&A sessions, along with themes and customization options. Setting up events takes only a few clicks for me and I also appreciate the added security features and integrations with platforms like Google and YouTube.

Cons

The only real downside is that many of its best features are locked behind the paid plans which can be limiting. That said, the pricing still does not feel too expensive for what it offers.

Complex hybrid setup!!

Pros

I find it really useful to set up separate events for audience polling whenever needed.

Cons

It gets a bit complicated when you're trying to run hybrid events with both virtual and in-person attendees because there are a lot of steps involved. It works best when the event is fully virtual.

Smooth QR participation experience

Pros

Using the QR code made it simple for me to let the audience join and participate in real-time polling and it worked very well during sessions.

Cons

Getting around the different screens and views was a bit confusing and I had a hard time locating where everything was.

easy polling experience

Pros

Running polls with it felt very easy to me, both on the backend and for users across different age groups and skill levels.

Cons

Since we were working with the free trial, we didn't get access to every feature this time. The only thing we really missed in the trial was the option to upload our own photo or logo as the main graphic on the poll but honestly, it wasn't a big issue at all.

High engagement classroom tool

Pros

Over the last 8 months, I've been using it in my weekly sessions and it has genuinely transformed how things run. The real-time engagement features have noticeably increased participation and it fits right into our existing classroom tech setup without any trouble.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to separating answers from different sections, especially when reusing the same slide deck more than once. I also still haven't figured out a way to connect the student roster to the participant list. Because of that, in every session my students have to manually replace the anonymous participant names with their own names and student IDs.
