Don't have any real complaints. It's very simple, so I think there's basically no learning curve and the survey results come through instantly and are simple to share.

I love how the PowerPoint integration works flawlessly, so I don't have to jump between screens. It feels simple and I find the live poll results display very effective. Gathering responses is also convenient since participants can just scan a QR code, something I've found really smooth in practice.

There honestly isn't much to complain about because the app works really well. The only thing worth noting is that you do need to download the app to enable PowerPoint integration but after that, adding polls created online into a PPT presentation is very simple.

Although the software integrates nicely, the payment process was a mess. The company is based in Slovakia and my bank refused to let me use a business card for their products. I asked for an invoice to check whether I could pay that way but the only alternative offered was an international bank transfer which honestly felt questionable and unsafe. On top of that, they unlocked the product before I had paid and only billed me afterward. I had no idea that simply requesting an invoice meant I was agreeing to use the product and pay by bank transfer. I've never seen any other software give full access before payment, so I assumed I was still on the free version. Because of that, I never used the complete functionality since I didn't realize I had access, yet I was still charged. Since then, they've been chasing me for weeks about the payment which has been very frustrating.

Pros

For me, connecting with a large number of people at once has been really easy and I consider it an excellent program overall.

this platform brings all the moving parts of an event together really well. I can manage guest lists, send invitations and track confirmations efficiently. I especially appreciate being able to respond to questions directly from the event page and I find the post-event statistics extremely valuable.
