“Hands down the best ticketing company”
Pros
The low fees for customers are a huge plus and the system is easy to navigate for both promoters and attendees. Their customer service is responsive and I appreciate that it's a small, local woman and minority-owned business. Most importantly, they consistently deposit my ticket sale funds a few days after each sale, providing me with the cash flow I need to keep my small business operating smoothly.
Cons
Figuring out how to create a venue map for seat selection with Sparxo remains a challenge for me.
