easy lead management

Pros

What really stands out to me is how simple everything feels. I can move through the app without effort, keep my whole team aligned in one place and easily manage leads with features like real-time scanning, CSV downloads and note-taking.

Cons

One feature I'd still like to see is the ability to take pictures and save those tag images directly in the notes. That's something the app currently doesn't offer. For example, while scanning, I can add a text note but I can't attach a photo as part of that note.

flexible features and helpful team

Pros

The platform felt easy to pick up from the beginning and I've been able to customize it while connecting it with other systems without any friction. I've also had a great experience with the support team whenever I needed help.

Cons

The only thing I'd point out is that I haven't seen much variety in the color palette options.

Simple setup

Pros

Everything is laid out clearly on the interface which made it easy for me to highlight key visuals and information right away. Setting things up didn't take much time and the overall experience felt very smooth.

simple event tools and stellar support

Pros

Managing events feels easy here and I've found the platform simple enough for anyone on my team to use. Whenever questions come up, the IT support has been quick to respond and the detailed help guides make it easier to figure things out. I also really value being able to duplicate events which saves me time on recurring setups.

Cons

The drawbacks are very minor but one limitation is that backgrounds can't be changed during live sessions which reduces customization a bit. Also, some graphic placement areas come in preset sizes, so formatting those elements can sometimes be a little awkward.

Pros

The AI-powered matchmaking has saved me a lot of time. Instead of manually researching attendees, I now get relevant suggestions that help me connect with the right people more efficiently.

Cons

I'd still like to see more customization options added. As an exhibitor at an event, it would be helpful to have my strongest leads highlighted in one separate section and my potential leads in another. It would also be useful to get a graph showing how many people I connected with and how many meetings I scheduled. On top of that, I'd like the option to integrate my Outlook or Candelio calendar with it.

Pros

Pros

Having clearer visibility into events has helped me make faster decisions. I especially like the meeting scheduler and calendar integration which have made planning much more efficient while also building trust with leadership.

Cons

flexible scheduling in one place

Pros

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. Automatic saving and formatting remove extra steps for me and I can manage multiple events at once without switching between platforms.

Cons

There were a few frustrations with the team section. Some employees who had already left the company were still showing up and I couldn't deactivate their accounts. I'd also like to see admins have a little more flexibility when it comes to permissions.

Pros

Even though the platform feels advanced, I never found it difficult to use. The interface is clean and simple and I always know where to click next. I also like how the AI recommendations fit naturally into the experience, making networking feel more relevant and less forced.

Cons

The biggest downside is that it can be technically unstable at times, especially during live sessions or other high-traffic moments. Bugs, trouble when editing profiles and uneven performance can break the flow of the experience and create unnecessary friction exactly when the platform needs to be most reliable.

simple platform for networking

Pros

Everything feels well-structured when I use it and managing sessions, exhibitors and attendees is easy. The networking tools also make it easy for me to connect and schedule meetings in a natural way.

Cons

Even though the platform performs well overall, there are still a few areas that could be better. The options for customizing event layouts and branding feel a bit limited, especially for organizers who want more control over the visual side of the experience. Some backend settings also lack flexibility and aren't as simple as they should be which can occasionally slow the setup process. On top of that, a few advanced features come with a slight learning curve for new users. None of these issues are major deal-breakers but improving them would make the platform even better.

Real-time updates worked phenomenally

Pros

Compared to what I used before, this felt much better integrated. I really liked the real-time updates, since I could easily see current sessions without digging through outdated ones and the app stayed stable throughout.

Cons

A few sessions were missing important information, especially directions. I expected the conference center details might cover that but when I was trying to get to a session in Terrace 4, I had to ask three different people where it was. They weren't easy to locate and two of them didn't even know. Since the app didn't include an embedded map, it made finding the room harder than it should have been. If adding a map isn't possible, clearer location notes would still help a lot, such as mentioning that Terrace 4 is on the top floor of the convention center.

convenient UI and helpful support

Pros

The interface immediately felt simple to me and I found it easy for both organizers and attendees to navigate. Customizing events didn't take much effort on my end and I've also had a great experience with the support team whenever I needed help.

Cons

easy networking and event planning

Pros

Using it for the PCMA CL26 app made it really easy for me to connect with attendees and exhibitors while keeping track of the full event schedule. I found the interface smooth and user-friendly and getting started only took a few minutes.

Cons

At times, notifications stay there until the app is refreshed or fully closed and reopened.

Best conference networking app

Pros

Out of all the conference apps I've tried, I personally found Swapcard to be the most simple and it's also the one I've seen other attendees actively use the most.

Cons

It is possible to pull out a list of fellow attendees but it's harder than it should be. Since that's something many of us rely on to get the most value from an event, it would be much better if registered attendees could simply download it.

snappy setup and modular features

Pros

Over the past few years, I've used it across multiple expos and I've found the single sign-on especially convenient since it removes the need to manage passwords. Setting up my profile was simple and I like how the platform connects with other tools like Spotify and Google Maps which adds more flexibility to my experience.

Cons

One area where it falls short is networking. It works well enough for seeing who is on the attendee list and which sessions people are joining but it becomes much less useful when it comes to actually communicating or having meaningful discussions with attendees, whether inside the app or outside of it. The platform just does not do enough to support those networking interactions. Exporting attendee lists is also more difficult than it should be. Right now, attendee details can only be exported after a friend request has been accepted which is not a practical setup for everyone, especially since not all users treat the app as a networking tool in that way. It would be much more useful if attendees could be filtered by industry, or by categories like buyer or exhibitor and then exported based on those filters for easier syncing with CRM systems.
