Cons
There are still a handful of minor little issues tied to the mobile app but overall the team has been incredibly supportive, takes concerns seriously and adds them to the roadmap for future improvements.

Pros
Building pages with this platform feels very simple and easy to me. I can adjust elements exactly how I need and the clearly laid-out menu guides me through creating a full landing page. The support team has also been fantastic, they respond quickly with detailed and helpful answers and I really value how well it integrates with tools like Eloqua, Salesforce and On24.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a stronger library of learning resources. Even though there are guides available, I've still had to search YouTube or submit tickets to get certain questions resolved. More tutorials, how-to videos, or even an AI assistant for quick answers would make a big difference. I've also noticed that sometimes chat is available, while other times I only get the option to send an email which makes it seem like there may be a limited window for the AI assistant. That can be frustrating when something urgent comes up, especially during live events.

I find this tool very natural to use at work. The interface makes it easy for me to move between events, forms and settings without wasting time. Everything is organized clearly and I've even become someone others rely on to troubleshoot issues. The Bookmarks feature has also been incredibly useful for keeping key pages easily accessible.
Cons
There's nothing significant to complain about since it's been stable and dependable overall. If anything, I'd welcome a few more customization choices or minor workflow tweaks here and there but it already handles what it's supposed to do extremely well.

From setup through ongoing use, I've found the platform incredibly simple. It includes all the features I need to manage events of different sizes and whenever I've had questions, real people have responded quickly with helpful answers. It really feels like I have a dependable team behind me.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is more flexibility and stronger capabilities in the analytics and reporting dashboards. Right now, it's hard to get a truly accurate picture of user traffic coming to the event site, as well as how much time visitors are spending on the event and registration pages.

“Effortless end to end event setup”
Pros
From start to finish I rely on it to build events end to end. It keeps everything organized and manageable and I especially like how I can create polished and creative event experiences. Cloning events saves me time and getting started was quick and easy.
Cons
We do run into occasional office-hour glitches and those have been tough to fully resolve, although the team has been helping us work through them.

Cons

Cons

In my experience working in the backend has been great. It's user-friendly, supports multiple team members and presents data in a clear and visual way. I also appreciate how easy it is to export and work with the data.
Cons
Mobile app still falls short of what we need, so we have to rely on another vendor as well. We're missing important features like session ratings in the app, badge creation and lead scanning for sponsors, plus badge check-in stations or kiosks. Because of that, attendees can't do everything in one place and still don't have the convenience of using just a single app for the event.

Pros
one of the biggest advantages has been the conditional logic and visibility settings. They let me control what different audiences see which makes the registration process much smoother. Customer support has also been outstanding, they respond quickly and stay engaged until everything is resolved.
Cons
There has definitely been some learning involved, especially when setting up more complex events. That makes sense but having additional training materials would make a difference. They do offer a University resource and it's useful, though I'd still like to see more advanced and detailed instructions. They also provide attractive website templates which will probably work well for most organizations. That said, if you need stronger branding or more in-depth website customization, coding knowledge becomes necessary. Companies that don't have someone on staff with coding skills could have a hard time making those changes. A few customization features also seem like they should already be built in as standard options but they aren't at the moment. It would be nice to have more website theme choices as well. Even with those limitations, I'm still impressed that the platform allows custom code for broader customization when it's needed.

“Flexible and cost effective setup”
Pros
For me running events with this platform has been very easy. I can create unlimited events, manage registrants easily and only pay for admins. Cloning events and using a test environment have been especially valuable features and support is always quick to respond.
Cons
There really are not any major features missing for us. Group registration could use a little refinement but it still works well overall. A more convenient integration with ThoughtSpot would also be nice to have.

Pros
Managing around 30 training events a year, I've tested many tools and I've stuck with this one. It's user-friendly, customizable and easy for me to launch events with. Customer service has been the best I've experienced and I really value how they keep improving the platform.
Cons
Our current subscription comes with one management seat and one view-only seat which suits our company well since it helps to have one person fully own the event management process from beginning to end. That said, larger organizations with several people creating and managing events would probably need to move up to a higher subscription tier.

After years with another platform, switching to this one went very smoothly for me. It's simple, easy to manage and has saved my small team a lot of time. The support team has been incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed them.
Cons

For example, in group registrations, it would be helpful if attendees could display their individual payments instead of everything appearing under the group leader. On top of that, the reporting tools are exceptionally strong. Real-time insights, dashboards and data exports help me monitor performance and react quickly to trends. Overall, it offers an ideal mix of power and simplicity, powerful enough for large, multi-layered events, yet aligned enough that I can build, launch and manage everything confidently and efficiently.

While running both single-day and multi-day professional learning events, I've found this platform makes everything much simpler. Registration and session sign-up are very easy which takes a lot of stress off me. The support and training materials are outstanding and after spending some time learning, I was up and running without much trouble. Having a dedicated support person who is responsive and helpful adds even more value and attending the UnCon gave me a deeper understanding of the platform. Overall, I'm very impressed with how efficient and user-friendly it is.
Cons
One area that still causes problems is setting up registration for events that offer both a morning and an afternoon option. If someone updates their registration and switches from the morning event to the afternoon one, or the other way around, their previous session selections do not automatically clear. That leaves them registered for sessions in both time blocks which creates extra work and confusion when managing the event. This part of the process really needs a better solution.

When I work in the backend with book, everything feels very easy and my guests also have no trouble signing up for events. The biggest highlight for me is the customer support team. Whenever I run into an issue, I know I'll get a quick and genuinely helpful response.
Cons
Only real downside for me is that I wish there were a mobile app I could use on my phone for everyday tasks. There are apps available for checking guests into events which is excellent and they're also rolling out a very user-friendly customer-facing app for events which I've tested and really liked. Still, when I'm on my phone and need to handle regular day-to-day work in book, I wish it were more mobile-friendly or had a dedicated app for that.
