Best choice for a ticketing platform

Pros

Ticket Tailor is really user-friendly for setting up events and creating ticket types. An amazing feature is that I can do a lot for free if the event doesn't charge for tickets. After comparing options, it became clear that Ticket Tailor is the most cost-effective for its functionality. One of my favorite features is that registered attendees receive a confirmation email with an 'add to calendar' option, which is surprisingly uncommon. I have only used the check in app for name verification but that was very helpful.

Cons

There are some details I need to get used to. For instance: When I set up discount codes, they function as a set feature, and the complete list shows for each event. This might be my misunderstanding. I can't delete tickets, I can only void them, so they remain in my tally of issued tickets, which means I need to be careful when exporting the door list to include only valid tickets. I can't export the door list with first names and last names separated, so I have to do some extra work in Excel to split them.

Wonderful customer service, Great application!

Pros

User friendliness is a huge plus and the customer support has been fantastic. They respond promptly at any hour I reach them, which is invaluable when immediate help is needed. Creating events and printing box office reports was also very easy.

Cons

I found it time consuming to navigate how to receive payments from ticket sales. I'd like to see them expand to include more payment options like Venmo or Paypal.

Pros

Customizing the event page is something I love and there's no minimum or maximum guest limit, so no need to commit to multiple events at once.

Cons

Some navigation elements on the home page are unclear to me, but I think getting to know the platform better will help.

Using it is such a breeze, and my emails are delivered smoothly. Rarely do attendees mention they didn't receive the link to webinars. It's really amazing.

Cons

I noticed that email broadcasts are limited and I have to request more. I haven't used the scanner in the app yet, so I'm curious to see how that works at our in person events.

Ticket Tailor serves as an excellent tool for event organizers. I like its userfriendly nature, flexible pricing, and ease of selling and managing tickets create a smooth experience for both hosts and attendees, along with top notch customer service.

Cons

One downside I see with Ticket tailor is the limited customization options for the ticketing pages. While it's userfriendly having more design flexibility would enhance my branding. Also, the reporting tools are useful but could provide more detail for deeper event insights.

Pros

Overall an amazing app

Pros

It only took less than 30 minutes for us to run it up, including adding a new event and integrating with Stripe, MailChimp, and the SquareSpace website. Skepticism about users buying tickets and donating for a fundraising event quickly faded, thanks to ticket tailor's user interface, which makes it simple for everyone to do both.

Cons

I have a small request: It would be great to have a report (or maybe on the dashboard) that separates ticket sales from donations.
