Awesome tool and great support team

Pros

TicketSpice platform is very easy to work with and I am a fan of the support team as they are absolutely top notch.

Simplifies the ticketing process

Pros

It looks very sharp on the user side and gives you a lots of design flexibility. Also I really like how many different ticketing styles are available. And once you understand how it works, the backend becomes really easy to navigate. There is a lot of customization that makes running your event smooth and successful.

Cons

The reporting is not great. While you can customize some reports it lacks many basic features that other software usually has. And I often end up digging and tweaking a lot just to find simple fields.

A great budget-friendly pick

Pros

TicketSpice offers a solid product that is simple to use and the thing I like the most about it is that it comes with low processing fees. Plus they provide amazing support both through guides and their live support team.

Cons

None. I compared it to many popular ticketing platforms and they offered the best prices without losing any features or support.

Really helped me shine

Pros

What stood out to me was how patient and detailed customer support team was with me. I have already recommended them to my Playwriters group.

Cons

Didn't expect it to be this good

Pros

Once I wrapped my head around how it worked, though I do not have any technical background, it became pretty fun and easy to use. Their templates covered so many scenarios so it was simple to find one that matched our needs. The best part is the support team as whenever I had a question I could not figure out, I jumped on the chat and got immediate help. They explain things clearly and sometimes even send a short video to walk me through it. I worked with support team a few times and they really helped me feel confident using the platform. Now we are even considering TicketSpice for other parts of our business.

Cons

At first I was not sure where or how to begin. The overview videos I found were too brief and general. Then I discovered the Help Center and started going through those steps. That gave me a clear path forward.

Our go-to for events now

Pros

It is pretty simple to use and lets me customize pages easily. Also there are lots of useful features available like adding merch, upgrades, opt-ins and more. It has made ticket selling easier than ever for us.

Cons

Well I would love to have a landing page showing all our upcoming events where people can just visit once, check the tour dates and buy tickets easily.

Had a great time with it

Pros

They reply really quickly whenever we contact and actually know their stuff inside and out.

Cons

The one downside is that as far as I know there is not a phone number to call for support.

Delivers more than we expected

Pros

What I love about TicketSpice is it feels like they are truly partnering with us. They care about our success just as much as their own. And I know that sounds like business speak as I have worked at places like IBM and Thomson Reuters so I get it but in this case, it has been 100% real. We switched from EventBrite to TicketSpice and have not looked back. They helped us build out our unusual ticketing tiers, kept fees fair and every time I reach out, I feel like my voice is heard.

Cons

One of the biggest drawback with it for me is the reporting. It feels static and the interface is not designed well for managing complicated ticket tiers. That said I can export all my data to Excel and work with it there. And I just wish the reports were more flexible.

Simply exceptional

Pros

The chat support is the best. The staff is kind, skilled and very detailed in how they explain things. They get back to you fast, follow through well and always follow up afterward. Also reporting and electronic payments come in on time. And I love being able to see ticket sales and deposits by day. Plus when I need to help a ticket holder change a reservation or get info, it is very easy to manage on my end.

Cons

There is nothing I disliked about it.

Pros

It was pretty simple for people in my community to go online and order their tickets.

Not much to say. Once Key showed me how to use it it became a great website for me.

They have a kind and helpful crew

Pros

The price was fair and the support team was quick and quite helpful. Plus I had so many ways to tailor the event setup. Feedback from users has been really positive. And being able to access the funds before the event was essential and those weekly deposits are a huge bonus.

Cons

No complaints so far. I have only been using it a couple of weeks.
