The ticketing system for paid events is simple, and I find the attendee management effective at a reasonable price.

Registration was easy for me, and the cost is very affordable.

A refund wasn't received for the cancellation. After registering myself and my husband, the organizer informed us that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Uttarakhand Police won't be hosting the Dehradun Marathon this year on December 1st.

I enjoy the interface, and the timeline for when events go live is clear. The support for organizers has been great, with quick responses.

There are some issues with the website's filtering system. When I was filtering for free events, the entire section got messed up!

This is hands down the most user-friendly payment portal I've ever used. It's incredibly efficient and a pleasure. I would appreciate a bit more detailed documentation, as not all my questions were answered but overall, it's top-notch.

The payment gateway fee seems a bit high to me. Additionally having a mobile app version of Townscript would provide significant advantages for users and the company.
