What I love most is how easy it is to set up! The product is completely self-service, which makes organizing events really easy. My clients and potential clients really appreciate the visuals and functionality options when I walk them through the virtual suite setup. They also love how the platform boosts customer engagement and ROI by shortening the sales cycle with a clear call to action at the end of each event. The chatroom and interactive features kept delegate, speaker, and exhibitor engagement super high. It honestly felt like a live event! The gaming elements also kept everyone engaged with the exhibitors. It was really an amazing app for us.
Cons
The administration process was quite manual. For someone who is not tech savvy, it could be overwhelming. Thankfully, I had support from their rep at V-Unite, who helped us build the event. That support was crucial, not just for managing time but also to ensure everything was done correctly. Manually uploading delegates turned out to be a tedious task that was prone to human error.

I really enjoy the virtual conference experience, especially the virtual clinic feature, easy navigation, and reliable functionality. I appreciate the communication and networking opportunities with other attendees during presentations. Plus having board-certified dermatologists endorse the platform adds a nice touch!

For me, It would be great to see an Economic and Market Analytics Tribune introduced!
