The chatroom and interactive features kept delegate, speaker, and exhibitor engagement super high. It honestly felt like a live event! The gaming elements also kept everyone engaged with the exhibitors. It was really an amazing app for us.
Cons
The administration process was quite manual. For someone who is not tech savvy, it could be overwhelming. Thankfully, I had support from their rep at V-Unite, who helped us build the event. That support was crucial, not just for managing time but also to ensure everything was done correctly. Manually uploading delegates turned out to be a tedious task that was prone to human error.
