I don't find the software very easy to use. Some people on my team really like it and think it's great but for me it's been challenging. I'm in a private event group and based on their feedback, this was their main complaint too. I really hope they make the software more user-friendly for those of us organizing digital events.

Viewstub is a user-friendly livestreaming service that simplifies the entire event process. From setup to delivery, they provide support at every stage. I am satisfied with this product!

There's always room for improvement. One thing that stands out to me is that when a stream is interrupted, a new file is generated and it can take days to merge the first part with the final part. Most of the time, it's just easier to reupload a recorded version of the stream.

My experience has been excellent so far. I've completed the event setup and started selling tickets through the platform. I'm looking forward to streaming the event to my audience across the country. The software is easy to use and packed with useful features. When I needed assistance, ViewStub's support was quick to respond and even offered helpful tips to improve my event.

As of now, I haven't experienced any downsides.
