Pros
I honestly could not find anything good about this product.It turned out to be a complete waste of money for me and one of the most disappointing purchases I have made.
Cons
The service got really bad over the time especially during the ownership change. Even though I had a lifetime deal they just took away my access without warning. Also every time I set up automated webinars, they would just disappear randomly which made it hard to trust the system.

“Worst platform I've used
Pros
This has been the worst experience I have had with a service. I feel totally scammed. To be honest nothing about it felt trustworthy or professional at all.
Cons
They charged my account even though I never actually used the platform. It felt completely unprofessional and shady like a total scam. So I would not recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

“Awesome for live training
Pros
What I enjoy the most are the interactive tools. Plus polls and live chat features make sessions more engaging and allow everyone to take part. And it really brings energy to the training and keeps people involved the whole time.
Cons
I am still in the early stages of exploring everything the platform offers and so far I have not found anything negative to say.

“It works for all kinds of webinars
Pros
One thing I love most about WebinarNinja is how flexible it is. I can run all kinds of webinars be it live, automated, series style and even hybrid formats that too without needing multiple tools. Also the built in email feature is quite helpful too since I can handle all the communication with attendees right from the platform. In short it honestly feels like an all in one hub for managing my events.
Cons
The thing I would love to see improved is the landing page customization. Though they are decent right now but it would be awesome if I had a bit more control to personalize them and make them stand out even more.

Pros
I have been using this tool for years now. It was a bit glitchy in the early days but they have improved it a lot. And since it runs in the browser at times participants run into issues if their browser's outdated but that is not on the platform. Overall it is reliable, easy to use and gets the job done for without causing much trouble.
Cons
Well I have been using it for years now. Back in the day it had some bugs and people often had trouble with it. But it has improved a lot over time. Now it is a great option if you want quality webinar software that does not break the bank.

Pros
WebinarNinja has features that really make the experience feel both amazing and professional. Plus it is simple to set up everything and I love how we are able to clearly present every point we need to. Their support team is also great as they respond fast and take their time to actually solve your issues. The stream quality is steady too and the visuals do not glitch. In short for what I do it fits just right.
Cons
So far I have not had any issues that stuck around for long. Any time something came up, the support team was quick to respond and usually fixed things right away.

“Felt robbed honestly
Pros
They straight up took $100 from me. I signed up for a free trial and they never sent me any reminders when it was ending. I noticed the charge and messaged them just 21 minutes later to ask for a refund. Remember I had not used the tool even once and they still refused, saying their policy does not allow refunds. But honestly any company using Stripe can issue a refund manually so that excuse is just weak. I did not abuse the trial and I was not trying to get a free month after using it. I literally did not use it at all. But now they have ghosted me completely. Well I have saved all my emails and screenshots if anyone wants proof. I would say it is shady and completely unethical. So be careful as this platform feels like a scam.
Cons
Avoid it any cost as they lure people in with free trials, then sneak in charges if you forget to cance and refuse refunds no matter what. When you reach out they give vague excuses and just say they cannot help, even if you clearly did not use the tool. It feels like they are just keeping the money on purpose. Very dishonest behavior.

“didn't get what I paid for
Pros
After a long process I finally managed to cancel my subscription and then they shut down my account. Honestly the whole cancellation flow felt dragged out and frustrating.
Cons
I tried it for a day during the free trial and quickly come to a conclusion it was not a good fit for my team. I went to cancel but the way the cancellation message was written made it seem like it was already taken care of. Turns out they still charged me and when I asked for a refund, they said no without even trying to help. I had not used the software, explained everything politely but they stuck to their no refund stance. Honestly the whole process felt sketchy and not worth the stress or money.
