The gamification element engaged doctors with the leaderboard, making it fun and encouraging attendees to explore the app's other features, including the messaging system, where they actually responded to my messages.

Getting the right image sizes on the back end can be a challenge. It's helpful that specific dimensions are provided But I end up doing a lot of editing and resizing outside of Whova to get the images right.

As a participant in an online conference, I was initially excited about the forums for networking, but ultimately found the platform added more distraction than clarity. However, it did offer a centralized view of the entire conference agenda with helpful links.
