“Features and business practices need to improve

Pros

The software is easy to use at first but it has fewer features compared to competitors like Beekast and Klaxoon.

Cons

In April 2020 I quickly switched to this solution because Beekast was having connection problems and I signed up for a one-year subscription. Between April and June 2020 I tried using it a few times but realized that although it is easy to use, the solution lacks many features that Beekast offers. In September 2020 a Wisembly sales rep followed up to check how I was using the solution. I informed him that I no longer used it and preferred Beekast. After that I did not hear from them again until March 2021. In April 2021 I received a renewal invoice for another year which included instructions for cancellation. They required me to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to their Paris address three months before my renewal date. From April to August 2021 I attempted to explain that their outdated cancellation process did not fit the tech industry's needs and the sales reps never mentioned it. As it continued sending me emails only suggesting I pay the bill. Finally in August 2021 a collection agency named Rubypayeur sent a registered letter threatening to report my delayed payment on their directory which is publicly available online and indexed by search engines like Google and Bing.

“Overall good experience with easy adoption

Pros

Wisembly offers a message thread feature with options for moderation and tagging which can be turned on or off. Also it includes a word cloud and the ability to share live poll results. Additionally it makes connecting to the wizards pretty simple making the whole experience smoother and more interactive.

Cons

A whiteboard feature that enables real-time collaboration allowing everyone to share their contributions and create a collective project together could be better I feel like.
