Pros
Getting fitness-to-work assessments up and running is smooth and the tool does a good job of clearly identifying fitness-to-work requirements. The learning curve is quite short for a wide range of roles across different types of businesses and there are useful resources available to help tailor it to specific operational needs.
Cons
I haven't run into any real negatives although bringing it into existing business processes does take some preparation beforehand.
