“Excellent Reporting Tools”
Pros
The dashboards and reporting features really help with tracking incidents, spotting trends and creating reports for daily work. I also appreciate how configurable the platform is, along with its strong security and audit capabilities which matter a lot in an enterprise setting.
Cons
Setting up certain reports and workflows can take a while and there's definitely a learning curve before teams can use the platform efficiently.

“one system does it all”
Pros
Cority works well as a single platform for multiple functions making it really valuable. I appreciate managing everything within one system instead of bouncing between different tools.
Cons
Even simple tasks can take many clicks so it can feel time-consuming and difficult when starting out and still learning the program.

“risk tracking that works”
Pros
This software does a dependable job tracking EHS incidents, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails. The risk assessment piece stood out because it brings more structure to the process and cuts down on manual spreadsheets or email management.
Cons
The interface could be better which can feel a bit heavy at times. The platform is still useful but when workflows get more specific, configuration decisions and governance matter a lot to avoid unnecessary complexity.

“incident tracking done right”
Pros
One thing that really stood out was how effectively Cority handles EHS incident tracking, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails. Its biggest advantage is EHS compliance itself, it cuts down on manual follow-up and makes priorities much easier to see.
Cons
A downside is that deployment can be fairly complex. It doesn't get in the way for standard use but in more controlled or high-volume environments it may need extra configuration, internal guidelines or administrator support.

“complete platform for safety and compliance”
Pros
Having health, safety, environmental and compliance tools all in one platform is a big plus. Cority handles a broad range of EHS needs really well especially incident tracking, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Cons
Onboarding can be challenging because it feels complex and not very beginner friendly. The interface also seems somewhat outdated and implementation or customization usually takes time and often needs extra support.

“All in one EHS tool”
Pros
It's a big plus having all EHS tools in one platform. It offers strong reporting and analytics and the level of configuration makes it adaptable to different business requirements. Data is managed and centralized well, helping with visibility, compliance and tracking. Overall, it has been a dependable system.
Cons
There's a noticeable learning curve for new users. Some parts of the interface could be more user-friendly and notification customization feels limited.

“Effective Issue Logging”
Pros
Cority is the environmental, health and safety platform my company relies on for several tasks especially reporting and tracking safety incidents. I use it to submit incident reports, create corrective actions and assign validators and I can follow everything through to completion.
Cons
Getting started does take time since there's a small learning curve for navigating and entering data correctly. After logging in a few times though, the process becomes very simple and eventually feels like second nature.

“Missing Tools”
Pros
We've found value in the customization options, active user community and help desk have all been valuable. Our CSM has also been excellent about escalating issues and ensuring proper follow-up until things are resolved.
Cons
Many features our business needs still aren't available, forcing us to rely on workarounds that aren't very user-friendly.

“Tickets tracked efficiently”
Pros
Keeping track of status through the ticket system works really well. It's a smart and reliable way to monitor where everything stands.
Cons
Some parts of Trubox, which is a sub-processor of Cority don't quite fit our business operations. Entering training in the Training module, for example, is still very manual and ends up taking a lot of time.
