“powerful coworking platform”

Pros

This is the most complete software I've come across in the market. It includes a huge range of features that really enhance the coworking management tool. One of its biggest strengths is the marketplace which makes it simple to offer a nearly unlimited variety of products and services within the space.

Cons

Customer service was the weak point. After several emails, I was finally able to schedule a call to see the tool and speak with a sales representative. That call was centered on presenting the platform but there was no effort to understand my business or the specific needs of my space. When the call ended, they gave me access to the demo platform which was impressive but after that I never got responses to the many questions I still had. The pricing is also very expensive. They promote the tool as white label yet charge an extra fee to actually access that white-label option which feels misleading to me. I also never received clear information about what that really included or what kind of tool I would get if I chose not to pay for the white-label version.
