“useful for audits”

Pros

Uncomplicated to use and I'm already comfortable working with it. It does a good job of helping me keep track of my audit records.

Cons

A negative thing I noticed is that I can see all the other eco checks completed by other auditors although I know my company can change that setting and I can also use filters.

Whenever hazards come up, reporting them in ecoportal is simple. It helps raise awareness of potentially harmful situations in the workplace and keeps all employees informed.

Cons

Once incidents are escalated further up the chain of command, closing them out can sometimes take a while. Because of that, many incidents end up staying open longer than they should.

“Speed and Simplicity”

Everything about ecoportal feels quick, simple and very hassle-free to use.

There wasn't anything I disliked about ecoportal.

Using this system has been very uncomplicated and it has helped me handle my monthly tasks with better accuracy.

I honestly haven't run into anything I dislike about the system and I've been using it for more than six months now.

Pros

New users can quickly adapt to the platform which also flexes to meet varied needs. I also appreciate that new features are being developed and added on a regular basis.

Cons

The biggest shortcomings are the limitations around printing and the reporting features which could be more strong.

This platform does a really good job of helping identify risks and potential accidents around the company so they can be prevented as much as possible. It supports safety across every role and helps make sure everyone gets home safely to their families.

Something that could be better is the clarity when defining certain situations since some scenarios could be explained more clearly.

Pros

ecoPortal is very fool-proof, requiring little training. Its accessibility especially the ability to submit reports from a phone helps save staff time and encourages reporting while on the job. The ecoPortal team is also very supportive and knowledgeable and they handle service requests quickly.

Cons

Creating reports without the reporting module can be a bit frustrating. When exporting incidents, there is often a fair amount of formatting needed before the report is ready to use and some information still has to be copied and pasted from the dashboard. Setting up dashboards can also be a little hit or miss if the right graph isn't available to display the data properly. On top of that, adding extra modules can get expensive.

“adaptable and well-supported”

Pros

A really amazing product overall. It's open to improvements and customizations to fit your specific requirements which makes it quite adaptable. The support system is very good as well and the staff have been helpful throughout.

Cons

One issue is that some historical data doesn't update automatically after changes are made. That said, it can still be updated when requested.

Pros

Using Eco Portal really helped cut down the paperwork and made the whole process much simpler.

Cons

For me personally, I didn't run into anything difficult while using Eco Portal.

Navigating ecoPortal was coherent for what I needed it to do.

I only use ecoPortal occasionally so I don't really have enough experience with it to comment on any downsides.
