Pros
Starting this up was not a hassle at all and using it day to day is simple. One feature I really appreciate is being able to switch between two circuits for the same date and time.
Cons
Integration with other meters could be better. Formula which is a product of EnergyCAP is a really great but the setup can be tricky. It would also help to have a way to enter a start and end time/date when searching for energy usage across two periods.

Pros
Wattics had a very short learning curve and its DIY functionality has been great for our team since we can add, remove or reconfigure meters ourselves as our needs keep changing. Its features are easy to understand and set up so it's nice to hand someone a login and have them get comfortable with minimal training. Customer support has been excellent too. They respond to questions quickly, are always willing to hop on a call when needed and have even rolled out some very helpful new features based on our requests.
Cons
Wattics doesn't offer the same range or depth as some of the larger energy software providers. It does exactly what we need for meter data analysis and visualization but it's not yet at the level of a full fault detection and diagnostics platform. I'd also like to see more automated meter-level analysis added so there's more of a one-click way to identify common savings opportunities.

“interface and filters really help”
Pros
The interface feels very obvious and is simple to navigate. It also offers plenty of filter options which makes it much easier to narrow down exactly what you're looking for.
Cons
Since I only use it in a limited role to approve bills for payment, I honestly haven't run into any downsides with the software.

Pros
One of the biggest advantages of EnergyCAP is that both Facility Managers and Accounts Payable teams can access the same data while still viewing it from perspectives that fit their roles. The bill audit functionality is also a really valuable feature and adds a lot to the software.
Cons
Some parts of the software are sluggish and annoying, reducing its user-friendliness.
