No brainer to get going and using it feels instinctive even though there are plenty of configuration options available, all while managing to be both advanced and simple at the same time.

As far as I am concerned, the help menu could be improved.

Even though I haven't used Eniscope for very long, it has performed really well during the time I've had it. It has helped me cut costs and managing it has been simple.

Not enough time spent with the software yet to say a lot about it but at this point I'm happy with what I've seen and the results it's giving me and right now, I don't have any negative feedback.

Pros

Compared with other options I've looked at, Eniscope holds up really well on multiple fronts. The combination of hardware software and pricing gives users a level of value that's hard to match. The hardware is compact and simple to set up, the software is powerful while still being user friendly and the pricing stays very competitive.

Cons

Heavy reliance on the cloud is the only real downside though if you're comfortable using cloud-based solutions, it's not much of an issue.

Ease of access to all the APIs is a given and the platform has had zero downtime for us, with the architecture also being well structured and organized.

Organization of the APIs along with the device and channel hierarchy, needs work since it isn't maintained very well.

How much real-time monitoring this solution delivers from such a compact device, about the size of a lunch box, is one of its best features and the software is very comprehensive and lets you track and compare data hourly, daily, weekly and monthly across a wide range of parameters, including electrical readings, gas and water flow and temperature.

Nothing to point out here so far as I haven't run into any issues on this side yet.

“dashboard outshines the rest”

Pros

Immediately the dashboard feels like it is tailored to new users and reacts well to a wide range of needs, the color schemes look excellent and can also be adjusted to match individual preferences and on top of that, the level of data detail is hard to beat compared with other products on the market.

Cons

Professional expertise is required for the technical side of the system but if this is being installed as part of a broader business strategy, a thorough installation should already be included in the scope of work.

Strong analytical capability, along with a helpful comparison feature and the flexibility it gives, really works well with this software and it also supports continuous, reliable monitoring, includes report creation and lets us configure alarms and threshold levels, while being consistent and dependable and the customer support has also been really helpful.

Cons

SaaS pricing should be reconsidered and when more than three comparison dates are used, the accuracy of the results starts to drop, plus another concern is data ownership since access to the data is removed after some time if the subscription is not renewed.

Right away the software feels self explanatory. The dashboards are organized in a very user friendly way and are far ahead of any competitor's UI.

No downsides stand out to me at all because it gives us everything we want and need and with the APIs, we can extend the views to support an almost unlimited range of use cases.

Wireless capabilities still need improvement although we understand that work is already underway in that area.

Whenever I have a question about Eniscope, the support team gets back to me the same day. They're responsive, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and always positive which makes them a pleasure to work with.

It did take a while to become familiar with the software but sticking with it really pays off and the support team makes that learning process much more manageable.

“The king of monitoring tools”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how many power supply parameters this software can measure and log. That wide range of recorded data makes it very valuable and useful.

Cons

Outdated in places, the reporting side still takes too much manual effort when exporting to MS Excel and Word and a much better approach would be to update and improve the report-writing process.
