Our physical location far away from their team is the only downside.

Getting started with it was simple and it works well across a variety of applications thanks to how flexible it is. The graphics are especially impressive and really stand out.

One thing that would make it even better is an alert when a node goes offline and stops reporting to the cloud.

It gives you a lot of flexibility when it comes to monitoring and analyzing just about anything you need.

Getting up to speed can be a little steep especially if you are not already familiar with analytics or the type of data you are reviewing.

What I would complain about, if anything, is not having had it available 10 years earlier.

“Faults get pinned down precisely”

Pros

Plenty of software tools can detect faults but it's hard to find one that can identify events with this level of genuinely detailed reporting. That part has been especially impressive.

Performance is exactly as expected and Entronix clearly puts a lot into ongoing research and development, with their team being friendly and quick to respond and at this point, we really haven't run into any downsides.

“Versatile and well-supported”

Pros

Having Entronix in place has let us bring together many different meter versions and pieces of equipment into a single platform. Because of that, we've been able to use hardware from different manufacturers, from an Eaton UPS to a Shark 200 data logging meter and still view all the data in one user friendly system. It's a genuinely unique product.

Cons

Pointing to many downsides is honestly difficult and as with any integration project, there have been challenges when combining different data formats into one platform yet with help from the Entronix technical support team, every issue we've run into has been resolved so far.

Right from the start the platform was simple to use, with plenty of ways to customize it to fit different needs. The graphical interface also feels clean, foolproof and user friendly.

I didn't come across anything worth complaining about.

Detail-oriented design shows throughout the software and everything is simple to use and the customer service has been excellent as well.

Satisfaction with all the features this software offers is where I stand and I haven't run into any real downsides.

The interface feels very user friendly and there's also plenty of flexibility to customize it the way I need.

At this point I haven't run into any real problems. There was a minor issue with the cycling on a custom dashboard but tech support fixed it right away.
