Pros

The software is quite effortless and getting around the different functions feels simple and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I'm not a fan of is that I cannot really get a complete overall view unless I enlarge the image. With the way it's currently set up, the visible area feels a bit too restricted.

Pros

Genetec has brought most of our cameras, access control and emergency response tools into one unified platform. It also keeps growing, with new services being added regularly through Genetec itself as well as strong third-party integrations.

There can be a small learning curve for end users when they first start using it.

Pros

Using Stratocast's cloud-based video surveillance has been a very positive experience for my business. I'm especially pleased that I can view both live and recorded footage from anywhere in the world, whether I'm on my laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Cons

The mobile app looks more capable in theory than it is in everyday use. A few features still haven't made it to the app, such as video search filters and the ability to export clips as separate videos.
