Having every audit created and managed from one central place is really useful. It also helps a lot that continued support is available whenever it's needed.

Getting each audit set up can be a little annouying. Even though GoAudits does offer assistance, the checklist usually still needs some extra tweaking.

Since day one, this software feels clean and easy to learn so people with any level of technical skill can get around it without much trouble. Most users need little to no training before they can use it effectively. Another big plus is how it creates detailed reports immediately after an audit is finished which cuts out a lot of manual paperwork and saves time. The reports are also customizable and can be shared in different formats like PDF and Excel.

Pricing may feel a bit steep for smaller businesses or teams working with limited budgets. Some users also expect more features to be included in the lower-priced plans.

Using the app has been a really positive experience. It's very convenient, simple to navigate and overall quite user-friendly. The support team has also been fantastic. I rely on the customer support whenever I have questions or need help with the system. Whenever something comes up, they either find a solution fast or point me in the right direction just as quickly.

At one point, the broadcast function was a feature I enjoyed a lot but the recent updates have made it less convenient than before. I also feel the analytics are a bit basic right now. It would be much more helpful if the platform included visual data graphics to present the information more clearly.

Rolling it out is simple and I can add photos and comments without any hassle. It also creates audit reports right away with the score and findings included which saves time. Another plus is that it works both on the web app and the mobile app.

That said, the system feels quite restrictive because the setup is fairly standard and not very adaptable for a broader variety of inspections. I've also run into recurring glitches in the reports it generates.

Moving our audits fully into a digital environment has been a huge benefit and it still doesn't take away from how well users can capture the full substance of each audit. The app's fast, automatic insights are a big reason we spend much less time on auditing now and that has made a real difference for the team.
