“helpful office visibility”
Pros
Having both the physical location details and a visual office map works really well. It makes it simple to see where people are sitting and also puts faces to the colleagues who are currently in the office.
Cons
One downside is that meeting rooms appear in a table instead of directly on the office map. Also, when you open the same screen at the start of the workday, it doesn't automatically focus on your current working hours and stays positioned on the very early morning hours which feels impractical.

“Easy to use”
Pros
This turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. The best part of it is how flexible it feels. It handles hybrid workplace management, desks, meeting rooms and employees with very little effort and the overall experience feels modern and smooth.
Cons
A few parts of the platform could still be improved especially when it comes to more advanced customization for reports and workflows. That said, the team is very responsive and keeps making continuous improvements to the product.

“this tool fits our office”
Pros
Being able to check who's in the office and reserve my spot with just two taps on my phone is really convenient. The Google Calendar integration is a big plus too since it adds useful context and makes planning smarter. Performance has been solid the whole time, both in the app and on mobile when I need it. We've been using it for a while now and it's been an excellent fit for the way our office works.
Cons
The only real downside is when people don't actually use the product.

“handy remote office visibility”
Pros
It's really convenient to see what's available in the office especially since I work remotely most of the time.
Cons
At times, the app crashes while I'm scanning the QR code for our parking spaces. When it scans, it sometimes rotates the screen, bugs out and closes which leaves me unsure whether my parking spot was actually confirmed.

“bookings with clear visibility”
Pros
Setting up recurring bookings is really helpful and being able to see which desks are available and who's in the office makes planning much easier.
Cons
Would be even better if there were a way to switch desks directly instead of having to cancel a booking and make a new one.

“reliable platform”
Pros
Has been simple to use the whole time and I haven't run into any issues or problems during our period of use. The platform has also been very stable, with no downtime.
Cons
It's really not acceptable to take away features during an active contract. A few capabilities that were originally included for us have since been shifted to a different tier even though we already had access to them.

“Versatile booking function”
Pros
Using the new Data Hub feature has been really helpful for pulling hotdesk booking data and gathering it into reports in both PDF and Excel CSV formats. It made retrieving the information for my managers very easy. As a location admin, I also book hotdesks for external suppliers who need a desk to work from instead of reserving a meeting room.
Cons
Another thing I appreciated was the "archive" option when removing certain hotdesks after their most recent relocation.

“covers exactly what we need”
Pros
It has worked really well for our team. It covers the key thing we needed which is managing office desks since we have limited space for a larger group. The Google extension that connects with Google Calendar is a very useful bonus since it lets me check who is in the office while also seeing my own schedule in one place. The meeting room booking feature is also something I appreciate even though we haven't really used it because Google services already cover that need for us.
Cons
Does what it's supposed to do but I'm not really seeing many new directions where the product could be improved or expanded beyond the functionality it already has.

“Smooth setup”
Pros
Getting this up and running was very easy and the implementation process went really well. It's very user friendly and there are tons of useful admin features on the backend.
Cons
There haven't been any major issues. The only thing I'd like to see added is a digital signage feature.

“flexible booking controls”
Pros
Right away, this software stood out for how much control it gives administrators over the workplace setup. Being able to manage multiple office spaces with different reservation rules was something I really needed and the platform not only supports that well but makes it very easy to handle. On the user side, the interface feels easy to use and clean. The ability to allow or restrict recurring bookings is especially helpful for people trying to plan their weeks more effectively. I've also found the meeting rooms section very practical since it lets users quickly check the availability of different spaces at a glance. From purchasing through onboarding, the whole process was very simple and support was consistently there whenever needed. Overall, I think the platform fits business needs very well.
Cons
One feature I would really like to see is integration with Outlook's "Scheduling Assistant." Having something similar inside this platform would make it much easier to organize meetings around everyone's availability and keep everything centralized in one platform. At the moment some users may still rely on Outlook to schedule meetings just to confirm that all participants are available. Another improvement that would be very useful is some kind of sync between its schedule and Outlook. More specifically, it would help if Outlook could reflect whether a user is working remotely or in the office based on their bookings. Since this platform is meant to be used every day, that kind of functionality would go a long way toward centralizing everything.
