This app has been a big help in making hybrid and remote work feel natural for our team. Features like desk booking and meeting room scheduling keep everyone organized and make it much easier to stay connected, no matter where people are working from.

Cons

It may not be the best fit for anyone looking for a permanent office setup with fixed, predictable costs since leasing or going with a dedicated coworking provider can offer more consistency in space and facilities.

Pros

Booking desks or meeting rooms on short notice is really easy and it's helpful to instantly see who's working from which location. The interface feels clean and organized and managing multiple sites in one place is a big improvement over bouncing between spreadsheets. On top of that the support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful whenever something comes up.

Cons

At busier times some pages can take a little longer to load but that usually seems to happen because so many people are booking at once. If anything, it's a reassuring sign that the platform is being actively used across the team.

Using this cloud based platform has been a real plus for our team. It does an excellent job of encouraging collaboration and helping people stay connected and the interface is simple to work with. Because the platform offers so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started. I've also run into a few minor bugs when moving between desk and room bookings. They haven't been anything serious though and the support team usually sorts them out pretty fast. In the end, the benefits easily outweigh these small issues.

Between Othership Workplace Scheduler and Othership On Demand, this platform has honestly been a lifesaver. The way people work keeps changing, whether that means reserving a shared office space while on the move or organizing the office better to get the most out of a hybrid setup and Othership has been my go to solution for all of it.

Cons

The UI still feels like it could use a bit more refinement in places but I'm confident the developers will continue improving it.

Getting started with it was very simple. Building our floorplan didn't take much effort and the staff picked up the software quickly without any trouble. The customization options are exactly what we need so it fits our workplace really well.

Cons

Haven't run into any drawbacks or issues with the platform or the company. They're also very receptive to feedback and quick to make feature updates whenever something is requested.

It's been put together with modern workplaces in mind so there really isn't much to complain about. Everything runs reliably across the board, from visitor management to desk booking and it feels like a complete solution without any major shortcomings.

Right from the start, Othership feels very user friendly and polished, with a great UX that makes the whole platform enjoyable to use. On top of that there's a fantastic community around it, along with some brilliant venues featured on the platform.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind right now. If anything, it should only keep improving as more people join and the platform continues to grow.

There's a nice range of locations to choose from and the online community adds a really welcoming, connected feel to the whole experience.

The only downside is that there still aren't many locations available outside of London.

Finding different places to work around the city has been really convenient and it's been a big help for me as a digital nomad. The atmosphere is inspiring and I enjoy being able to work around a community of other people doing the same. The free drinks are also a huge bonus especially since I run on caffeine.

Cons

I just wish more cafes, hotels and venues were partnered with the platform so there would be even more places to choose from.

There's a solid range of places to work from and some of them are genuinely really nice and upscale. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and they're the kind of spaces you'd feel comfortable bringing other people to as well.

Cons

A couple of times, I showed up at a location and the staff didn't seem to know they were part of Othership. That said, the issue was sorted out in the end and I was still able to use my membership there.
