Great UX

Pros

Our teams used this tool to build task lists for each product with as much detail as needed, such as adding PPE pictograms and attaching documents. The interface is clean and pleasant to use so getting started feels very natural. Most steps include comment or photo fields where you can tag a person or even a group with the @ command which is really practical. It also comes with a lot of functional APIs.

Cons

It doesn't manage allocated time versus actual time with enough precision. In a production line where a product has a defined start date and end date for the work even if only in theory, tracking time spent is a critical factor.

fast job setup

Pros

Creating jobs in it is really fast and well thought out. Building each step works very well and it's simple to link files, videos soPs and other supporting materials during the process.

Cons

Would be helpful to have standard filters in Parsable execution based on department, machine and sub area. A calendar view to see jobs ahead of time is also needed, along with the option to assign a task to all members of a role at once.

broad connectivity

Pros

Getting the checklist tasks set up is very simple and learning how to use the app doesn't take much time. Another big plus is that it works within an environment where other apps are connected which helps everything fit together better.

Cons

The weakest part is configuring conditional steps based on what gets selected. In my opinion, that area could definitely be improved.
