Pros
Makes building a custom event layout really simple. You can upload your own background and place standard items like specific table sizes which makes planning the setup much more practical.
Cons
Once it switched to a paid model, the pricing felt extremely high for such a basic service. There was no room to negotiate and it basically felt like our existing work was being held hostage.
