Having this on a phone or tablet means we can keep it with us on the jobsite at all times. It lets us snap a photo and enter any needed information right then and there. Being able to keep everything digitally organized for an OSHA inspection, instead of relying on paper forms sitting in a binder back at the office, makes it an incredibly useful tool.

Cons

A few of the topics don't really apply to the type of work I do. It would be helpful to have a filter option so only the topics relevant to my site show up on a regular basis which would make choosing a meeting topic much easier.

“user friendly platform”

Pros

A pretty convenient option for us and the staff has been incredibly friendly. I attended two training sessions on the platform and it was genuinely a pleasure working with the team.

Cons

One improvement I'd suggest is in the Inspection section. After choosing pass or fail for an item, it would be better if the system automatically moved to the next inspection item.

Keeping all safety records right at your fingertips is incredibly valuable especially when it comes time for any OSHA review.

Being able to use this software right from my phone has been really convenient. It's quick to navigate and doesn't take much time to get things done.

The pop up alerts that appear after marking something as a hazard are annoying. They feel repetitive and unnecessary.

Very easy to use. It shares information quickly and does a really helpful job of keeping communication clear with our trades.

At times, the "meeting" feature responds a bit slowly and can feel confusing to use.

Navigating this software is very simple and it covers a broad range of topics that can fit just about any industry. If there's ever a topic you want to bring up and don't see listed, it can always be added.

I haven't come across any missing features for the industry I'm using it in.

One feature I especially appreciate is the weekly inspection report.

Something I've noticed though, is that even when I complete multiple jobsite inspection reports in a week, only one shows up in the report sent to my superiors. That makes it look like I'm only putting in the minimum required effort.

Setup was quick and easy. It has a logical interface which makes navigating it really simple and its also easy to use on the go.

Since the latest update, the safety inspection process has been moving more slowly.

Using this software is pretty easy and most of its functions and features feel pretty self explanatory. It was especially useful whenever OSHA needed documentation.

Cons

A downside is how it looks on a small iPad screen while documenting an inspection and it would also help to have a better way to print a report or the history of an assigned subcontractor violation.

Comes with some clear advantages. The app is user friendly and keeps safety checklists right at your fingertips. It also offers customization which helps your organization direct users toward the most important items and tasks.

The photo upload feature makes images too small by cropping them too tightly. It really needs a wider view option.

Simple to use and easy to access. Tracking trends is also a helpful feature although it would be even better with more customization options.

It would be better if the reporting was more customizable especially by adding support for custom time frames.

The app is very user friendly and logging details for each site is super easy.

Keeping up with incidents on the job is much more manageable with this software. The reminders for safety checks come through quickly and the system is simple to access and move around in. On top of that the support team has been excellent whenever needed.

Cons

I do not have any real complaints about the software itself. If anything, the only frustration is having to constantly track and monitor fully grown adults who should already know how to follow safety practices but that comes with the job when the goal is to keep people safe and maintain a high quality of life.

There were a few glitches at the beginning but once everything settled down, it became very simple to use.

Can start to feel a bit too complicated for construction staff who have very limited computer skills.

This platform has been very easy to use and the end of week reports are especially useful. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it simple to follow and keep track of what needs attention.

One thing I still haven't fully worked out is how to upload the specific hazards I want to include in my reports.
