Very conveninet to use it out on site and the app is simple to work with. Being able to walk the site and complete the inspection right there makes the whole process much more practical.

Cons

Everything is simple to use and it's also helpful that when I complete a report, others are able to view it so I honestly haven't run into any issues.

With just a few clicks, it gives me really valuable information, points me to the relevant OSHA standard and helps rate severity and root causes quickly.

It would be even better with a few more features that provide deeper detail about inspection findings. For instance, it would help to flag repeat findings from earlier inspections or allow corrective actions to be assigned to specific people within the action tracking system.

Signing in on the desktop can be a hassle and the desktop version could definitely be more user friendly.

The biggest downside is how limited it feels without an internet connection. It would be much better with stronger offline capability or improved internet functionality.

One of the best parts has been the forms feature since it lets us customize everything to fit our operations. The staff has really appreciated how simple to use the system is and it has helped us save both time and money while still making sure documentation is completed properly. It has made a big difference for our Health and Safety audits and annual assessments, saving us a significant amount of time and cost there as well.

Does take a while at the beginning to set up and adjust everything so it matches your needs and works the way your company needs it to.

Support team does a fantastic job keeping the platform current with industry standards, regularly updating OSHA, DOT and other regulations as changes come out. It's also really convenient to look up regulations through the app whenever clarification is needed. On top of that their team is incredibly helpful with setting up inspections, adding items and keeping everything moving without delays. It's a practical tool that simplifies the job while still producing polished, professional looking reports.

Audits are the feature we rely on most and that works great.

Cons

Other than the image capture feature compressing photos from 16:9 to 1:1 which makes them look poor, I'd say the algorithms used on the Injury side aren't accurate and need to be fixed.

Right away, the program feels packed with useful information and everything is organized into sections that make the audit process very simple. Every audit item is backed up with a link to the OSHA standard which is incredibly helpful when you need to support your position on any negative findings. Once the audit is finished, anything that wasn't selected is automatically removed from the form so you end up with a clear, concise report that's ready to be sent to anyone who needs a copy.

Cons

If I could change just one thing it would be the price. That said this program is absolutely worth the cost.

Using this program on site has been really helpful as a training and educational tool. I'm often asked where a certain standard came from and Safety Reports includes that reference right in the report for the client to see. Before this, I was constantly cutting and pasting reports together but this software has made my whole reporting process much more efficient and gives clients a polished, detailed report.

Cons

There's not much to complain about. The system is very simple to use and anytime an issue comes up, customer support responds right away and takes care of it.
