“well designed safety reporting tool”

Pros

Right from the start, the system feels well designed and simple to work with. Our field technicians can document safety issues in real time and coach the crews before leaving the site. Our client especially values the photos, latitude/longitude details and scoring.

Cons

The downside is that internet connectivity can sometimes be a problem. There are times when we have to leave a site just to get a connection.

Honestly pretty much anyone can jump into the program and figure out how to use it right away.

I'd still love to see more safety topics included, along with a wider selection of toolbox talks.

The reporting is very detailed and the way the whole suite integrates together is a big plus.

Would like to see more flexibility when it comes to building and adjusting audits so they can be customized better for specific customers.

It is very user friendly and I really appreciate being able to generate reports, keep track of employees and resend tailgates when needed.

Using it feels very easy and it puts all the tools you need in one place to build a complete, well rounded safety program.

The only downside I've noticed is that pictures take too long to load in the inspection app.

Hope to see more industry specific reports added, such as for restaurants, hotels, manufacturing, healthcare, golf resorts, banks, law firms, transportation, real estate/leasing, utilities and retail and wholesale trade.

Pros

Submitting reports is very simple so people can complete them right away instead of having to go search for a form. I also receive an email every time a report is submitted which helps me follow up quickly.

Cons

Any issues I've had come from users not completing the reports fully, not from the app itself.

Being able to jump straight to the regulations is a huge plus and I also appreciate having the option to add items to the checklist whenever needed.

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to upload my own training videos into the app so customers can complete their training there.

Pros

Having the OSHA standards referenced right alongside both the negative and positive findings is really helpful. It works well out in the field and being able to attach photos directly to the report makes the whole process more practical. The finished report also looks very polished and professional.

Cons

The photo markup tool would be better if it had more customization options.

“High value product”

Pros

Running our training records, safety inspections and incident reporting through this has been a solid choice for us. The startup cost and monthly pricing are minimal compared with other options we looked at and it has performed really well. A few features can feel a little tricky at first but their support team has been prompt, helpful and effective whenever we needed assistance. I'd comfortably recommend it to others.

Cons

A handful of workflows are more complicated than I'd prefer especially the OSHA 300 reporting feature although it works fine once you learn the process. I was able to get help from support and also found useful instructions on their website.

It's very user friendly and I can get to it from anywhere. The built in references to Cal OSHA regulations are also really helpful.

Its report formatting for photos could use some work and the image quality should be improved.

Has an outdated feel and doesn't come across like a modern app, whether you're using it on a phone or a computer.

For most part navigation is effortless and the platform is simple to use. The categories are all clearly listed and the reports are already set up and ready to run.

Cons

Getting in touch with customer service can be difficult at times. And when internal glitches happen, our consultants can end up without any access to the platform.

This platform keeps things well organized while still covering everything I need for carrying out safety inspections.

Nothing comes to mind. It handles exactly what I need it to do.

Being able to use it on both my phone and my work iPad is a big plus since the portability makes it really convenient.

It would be a lot better if I could provide Safety Reports with our department structure and have that built into the templates for us.

Working through inspections is quick and the training side makes documentation and ongoing recordkeeping simple to manage.

Cons

Where it falls short is in reporting and long term tracking. There's no real way to drill down into data sets, custom reports can't be built, corrective action items can't stay open indefinitely and links tend to stop working after about a year.

Pros

Simple to use and really convenient, it handles the job well. I'm pretty careful with spending but I still feel this program is worth paying for.

I cant think of any cons to point out.

Pros

The biggest value for us comes from the risk assessment capabilities and the reports we can pull from the system. On top of that the platform is very user friendly.

Cons

Getting it to integrate with our proprietary system has been challenging.
