One thing this app does well is handle safety data and forms in one place. When you need to look back at your records, everything is stored securly.
Cons
At the same time capturing information takes forever. The app lags a lot and many parts of the capture process feel repetitive. Even opening a form on the computer or loading a single form can take far too long.

Pros
Managing safety forms, incident reports and site inspections feels much simpler with SafetyLoop because the interface is clear and user friendly. It keeps all safety documentation in one place which cuts down a lot on the hassle that comes with paper based record keeping. On construction projects especially, it's been very useful for tracking compliance, assigning corrective actions and keeping real time visibility into overall safety performance.
Cons
Out on remote job sites, the mobile app can be a bit frustrating at times especially when uploading photos or larger files in areas with weak connectivity because it tends to lag. The platform also has some limits when it comes to customizing forms and checklists and the integration with other project management tools could definitely be smoother.

Getting started is very easy especially when it comes to uploading pictures and creating actions. The dashboard is also really useful because the charts make it simple to spot problem areas quickly.
Cons
The downside is that if the other trades are not signed up to the program, sending them corrective actions doesn't really accomplish much and those items just stay open.

Real time editing is a big plus. It responds very quickly and the amount of storage available is more than enough.
Cons
I find it a bit annoying how it depends on an internet connection so it won't work offline, including in parking levels where the signal is weak or unavailable.

Right away it feels easy to use. Both the mobile app and web version have a clean layout and it's simple to tell which section you need to go to when looking for something specific like forms, documents, inventory and similar items.
Cons
Getting started with the form template builder took a bit of time to understand at first but after about an hour of exploring the platform and getting familiar with how it works, I was able to modify existing forms and build new ones that fit what I needed.
