“Safety reporting done right”

Pros

Getting reports submitted is really easy and the setup was simple too. Having the system customized to fit our exact requirements has made a huge difference. Being able to oversee safety and manage it all within one app helps keep both security and site safety under control.

Cons

To scroll across, I have to go all the way to the bottom of the page first to reach the horizontal scroll bar.

Pros

Having the ability to create as many scenarios or checklists as needed keeps things much more organized and makes day to day work easier for users. It's especially useful for cutting down on manual effort and helping everything stay on track.

Cons

One thing it's still missing is the ability to remember previous requests so it can't automatically build a template based on things I've asked for in the past.

Pros

Right from the setup stage, it doesnt take long to customize and that stayed true as I got more familiar with the system. Updating and adjusting a form is very simple and the QR codes for forms have been a really useful feature too.

Cons

The only limitation that came to mind was having to remain the "owner" of all the documents. That said, a workaround was created so in the end it wasn't an issue.

Pros

Going in, I had really high expectations for what I wanted from a health and safety management system and this team was willing to work with me to make it happen. They stayed approachable, responsive and ready to help whenever I needed it. In the end, it feels like a truly custom system rather than something off the shelf.

Cons

There were a few early teething problems but they were always sorted out. I'd also like to see a time clock notification feature added though it sounds like they're already moving in that direction.

“excellent risk assessment training”

Pros

The Risk Assessment module is easily one of the best I've worked with and it also works really well as a training tool. It pushes the assessor to think things through properly while giving the tutor a clear way to explain everything.

Cons

It really needs an auto save feature. I recently lost data because that function isn't there, the customer support rep was excellent and worked hard to try and help us recover it. Unfortunately, it couldn't be restored but the feedback was taken seriously and this has now been pushed higher up the priority list for implementation.

Getting everything up and running was simple and the ongoing support from the customer service team has been consistently helpful.

Haven't run into any issues to mention.

Pros

Easy to navigate and making updates or adjustments isnt complicated either.

Cons

Its reporting and analysis are a bit limited when trying to compare or review data across multiple audit instances.

Using SafetyQube has been easy thanks to its clean layout and overall simplicity. The reporting is clear and it can be modified well to suit different user groups.

Cons

Section names in this are not ideal for the way we use the system.

It was quick to setup and the system is easy to use. The staff are friendly, helpful and always available whenever any questions come up.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides if anything, I just wish we had started using it sooner.

Right from the start, the interface feels clear and approachable even for people using it for the first time. The platform is interactive and engaging which helps users feel comfortable and confident as they work through it. Every form we create is data driven making it much easier for the business to drill into statistics, spot trends and track KPIs properly. On top of that assigning tasks and follow up actions to managers is incredibly simple. It ended up solving a gap in our process that we hadn't even fully recognized before.

Cons

The one thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility around customization especially when it comes to adding business branding, values and colors so the software feels more like a natural extension of the company. That said, I understand the team is already looking into this.

This software is really flexible and can be customized to match a company's specific requirements.

Cons

Getting started does take some time, as with most worthwhile systems but once everything is set up and running, the effort pays off because document preparation becomes fast and repeatable.

It has significantly improved our previous setup and made day to day tasks much more manageable. It feels secure and well protected and it also generates plenty of data that can be shared.

At this stage I can really only comment on the audit completion side since I haven't had the chance to explore the other sections yet. The audit template is clear and well laid out and the font size is good which makes it comfortable to work through. It did take a bit of time to adjust to the new formatting but overall it has been fine. I'm also looking forward to using the other tools in the system that we helped develop.

Cons

Overall my experience with SafetyQube has been mostly positive. The part that gets frustrating is during audit sign off, when the system says something hasn't been completed. Sometimes it directs me straight to the section that needs attention and other times it doesn't which means I have to spend extra time going back through the audit to figure out what still needs to be done.

Using this platform has been a great experience and the available features do a good job of helping visualize the data.

Cons

One downside is that added features tend to take a long time to be implemented.

While there is some upfront work involved in setting up and building your forms but the support throughout the process is excellent and the team often provides answers and practical solutions before issues even come up. I use it for audits, inspections, OH&S risk assessments and accident or incident investigations. The reports are simple to put together, fully interactive and the final PDFs for each report look polished and professional.

My time using SafetyQube has been entirely positive and I honestly do not have any negatives to mention.
