“User friendly interface”

Pros

Such an amazing and user friendly software. The interface and dashboard are very simple to navigate.

Cons

My only regret is not having started using it sooner.

The way the data is displayed works really well and the graphs and tables are clear enough to understand at a glance.

The available report types still don't cover every requirement so some reporting needs are left unmet.

Across our business, the biggest value has come from the training, medical, document, incident investigation, risk assessment and relationship management modules especially for contractors, suppliers and clients. Most of the core modules are very practical and simple to work with, while some others, like ENVIRX and Report Builder, are more advanced and definitely take more time, training and practice to use well. Bringing the application into our existing business processes was fairly easy and it helped strengthen areas where our previous management system was falling short.

Cons

Supplier management could be improved with better alignment. The only parts that have really been difficult to use are ENVIRX and Report Builder although that is partly because they are very detailed and comprehensive modules.

Interface is easy to use and works really well for integrated systems.

Cons

Making organization specific changes isn't always possible but support is consistently available and they do take new ideas into consideration.

Pros

Right away, this software feels easy to use and it scales really well as needs grow. It also supports both web and app based data capture which makes it practical across different working environments. On top of that the platform can be configured and customized for specific business nuances without requiring much effort.

Cons

The reporting engine could be better. It would be even more valuable with stronger support for advanced analytics as well as AI/ML driven models.

Pros

Honestly the support team has been outstanding. They're very knowledgable and respond quickly.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints. It feels like a very well rounded application.

It does a good job of helping identify potential problem areas and the app isnt difficult to use.

At times it can be a little slow and some pages that need to be filled out, like work orders, could probably be shortened a bit.

Keeping track of activities is easy and the dashboard does a good job of showing how the project is progressing.

Sometimes the system is unavailable or runs slowly.

Getting this set up with our business processes went pretty naturally. The customization options are somewhat limited but they're still easy to work with. Implementation support was excellent the whole way through and moving historical data into the system caused no issues at all. The software is very user friendly, simple to navigate and the information flow across the pages is well laid out. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience using it.

Cons

One weak spot is with support tickets that get escalated to the development team. Those issues didn't end up getting resolved and unless the user keeps chasing updates, there's basically no communication about the progress.

Pros

One thing that works well is the call logging. The system is easy to use and overall it feels manageable for day to day tasks.

Cons

The downside is that monthly reports aren't available and when documents are exported, they don't include the company logo.
