“powerful all in one compliance platform”

Pros

Having safety, health, environment and quality management in one platform is what I appreciate most about this platform. The interface is user friendly so moving through the different modules and keeping track of compliance feels easy. The real time analytics and reporting tools are especially valuable because they help identify and address risks early which matters a lot in high risk sectors like mining. On top of that the customizable workflows give it the flexibility to fit different operational needs.

Cons

One challenge I ran into was the initial setup since it can take quite a bit of time and feel fairly complex especially in larger organizations with multiple departments. There's also a noticeable training requirement to make sure everyone on the team can use the system properly. The mobile version is another area that could be improved, as a more simplified design would make it more practical to use while on the go.

There are a lot of options in the program and it offers plenty of functionality that can really support a company.

Cons

Getting everything implemented does take some time but it should become quicker as you get further along.

GRC requirements and ESG data being in a single system makes compliance and sustainability much simpler to manage with this.

It keeps everything so well organized that I really can't blame missed deadlines on messy data anymore...

This app has a really broad range of data available and having so much collected and accessible in one place is a big advantage.

One thing that could be better is downloading documentation from within the document management area.

It handles the basic needs and core requirements of a SHEQ system if you're looking to put one in place.

Cons

Recording everything takes a lot of time and the system also has errors that can take forever to get fixed if they get resolved at all.

Using this app has been going great so far and the integration with Libryo for EHS regulatory content adds a lot of value.

There's nothing I dislike about this.

Pros

The non conformance and action features do a good job of keeping employees accountable and helping the company stay compliant with product quality requirements.

Cons

One thing that could improve it is a way to make employees automatically log into the system when they start their computers since it's easy to forget to open it and then the system doesn't get used properly. It would also help to have a more detailed HR/IR module where employee information can be uploaded by category, such as leave records with the option to attach the leave document in the correct folder.

One of the biggest advantages is being able to customize the system to fit your own needs without having to rely on someone else. On top of that there are plenty of built in features and functions which are pretty great.

Cons

At the same time because the system comes with so many features and functions, there is a downside to that. It can take a while to fully learn how everything works and really understand the system.

Pros

Across my client work, this application and their team have consistently delivered on every expectation. The system has successfully come through rigorous HACCP, BRC, ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 audits which says a lot about how reliable it is for compliance. On top of that the support from the team is outstanding and really sets the system apart.

Cons

It would be even better with full app functionality for tablets and phones. Every now and then, the system can be a bit slow but it only happens intermittently.

SHEQX's feature set is excellent for the price especially since similar products we looked at were noticeably more expensive. The month to month license fee per user also makes it very manageable and flexible.

Cons

Im having a difficult time coming up with any real downsides to this product.

Being able to link different sections together is really useful.

Email action reminders keep things on track, status visibility is immediate and reports are available right when needed.

The navigation could be better in some modules by adding a back option to return to the previous screen. In certain cases, it would also be better if changes were not saved automatically and users could choose when to save after finishing their edits.

Right from the start, the platform has been very simple to use. It works especially well for a multinational, multi location business like ours because it gives us consolidated visibility across the organization. It's also very helpful for keeping teams aligned and under control.

Cons

Every now and then, when we request a change, it gets treated more like a suggestion and can take quite a while to be added to the system especially when it's something specific to our company.

The platform is very comprehensive and the workflow stays consistent across the different modules which makes it much easier for users to get comfortable with it.

Cons

One frustrating part is how slow the support is. On top of that software fixes can take months to be resolved.

It effortlessly connects the different modules and lets us log and track actions, non conformances, audits, strategies and customer details or complaints without hassle. Having the organization's information centralized in one place, along with reporting, makes it very useful.

Cons

Its mobile app still isn't fully functional yet which is a downside.

Keeping a record of quality issues and following up on them works really well which makes the system useful for managing and tracking these items.

Cons

A few parts of the functionality and the user interface could be better especially when moving between modules or screens and when linking different actions together.

Putting together a report is quick and easy. The Training module helps replace Excel spreadsheets since everything can be managed directly in it. It's also useful for recording changing management across the company. On top of that customer and supplier interactions can be stored in the system and when you need a report, all the related data is available there.

Cons

I'd suggest changing the customer and supplier lists to display from A to Z instead of the current Z to A order. Another issue is that if you open an NCR from, say, page 5 and then return to the index, it takes you back to page 1 instead of the last page you were working on.

Having everything kept in one place makes things really convenient and the reminders work really well.

Pros

It really works as a full Integrated Management System and serves as a single place to manage ISO standards. On top of that it's cost effective both to use and to roll out.

Cons

If I had to mention anything, it's that implementation takes a bit of time since company data needs to be imported during setup.

Handles all the key ISO standard requirements and even goes beyond them.

One downside is that documents automatically download when you open them to view.
