Right from the start, this product has been at the forefront of improving how implementation projects are carried out. It helps keep resource management on track and supports the infrastructure framework behind day to day work processes.
Cons

“Excellent support”
Pros
Having this in place makes both me and my staff feel much more secure. The support team has been excellent and the layout is clean, neat and simple to work with. My site feels well protected with multiple sign on options that add another layer of security. It's also customizable to match different needs and preferences and it really encourages app use for incident reporting and other tasks.
Cons
I don't have any negative remarks at this time. I'll update my review if that ever changes.

“useful on site visibility”
Pros
It's really useful being able to see whether the people ahead of you have completed their induction and are signed in.
Cons
Its permit application alerts are a bit inconsistent. Also, anyone can set themselves as a visitor when that really should require a supervisor to decide and there's no notification when a visitor becomes active.

Pros
Everything works the way it should and the feature set is really strong. Being able to see who is on site at any moment is especially useful.
Cons
There's not much to complain about since it mostly performs as expected. The only occasional issue is a glitch when phone network access drops which can affect the app.

“accurate onsite accountability”
Pros
We're able to have everyone onsite accounted for which is a big plus and the emergency evacuation feature makes the platform even more valuable.
Cons
The search function could use some improvement. When selecting a person, it would be helpful to view their history over a longer period. There may already be a way to do this but I haven't figured it out yet.

“onsite visibility that really helps”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is being able to see what's happening across different sites at a glance, like who is currently onsite. Having each contractor's SWMS available for acknowledgement is also really useful and it makes things much more manageable for PMs looking after multiple sites.
Cons
I'd still like more flexibility when setting up new sites, including the ability to customise and save settings in more detail. Also, the automatic sign on/off feature only really works if users allow the app full access to their location and permissions which not many people are comfortable with now. They also need to have the app open when they leave for the auto sign off to work so in reality it's more accurate to present it as a manual sign on/off tool.

Pros
Rolling this software out was quick and one thing I really appreciate is how much text it can handle in the daily briefing. That's something I rely on every day so it's been genuinely useful.
Cons
Interaction can feel slow at times. It would be much better if the experience were more fluid across other platforms.

“You can access it from anywhere”
Pros
The remote site management features have been really useful especially having access to real time site data whenever needed. Since the app is available on both iOS and Android, it gives plenty of flexibility to manage site activity from just about any smartphone device.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't let you properly track or turn on notifications outside working hours. The interface can also feel a bit confusing to navigate, particularly for people who aren't very comfortable with technology.

Handling inductions and keeping track of when staff enter and leave the site has been really effective with SignOnSite. It's also very useful for emergency management and the customization options make it simple to customize the system to whatever a project needs.
Cons
