Pros
Keeping energy data up to date is easyand organizing all the information is very simple and user friendly for the end user. The portal responds quickly which saves a lot of time and it also works well with all brands making it very convenient to use.
Cons
When network connectivity is weak, the interface becomes very slow. The remote session control could definitely be improved and updating the remote functionality soon would make a big difference.

Pros
Being able to shape the data exactly the way I need is a big advantage. It gives me the flexibility to analyze everything properly and set up advanced alerts that match my requirements. With help from the support team, we also work with virtual devices, create new parameters to compare data and build more accurate alarms.

Pros
It does a solid job of bringing together just about every part of energy management into one platform.
Cons
A few features don't carry over consistently across all of the apps and the custom report builder is both limited and fairly difficult to work with.
