“great cloud platform for sports clubs”
Pros
Being cloud based is a big advantage and the system lets different tasks be assigned to admins based on their login permissions. It was clearly designed with sports teams and associations in mind, covering all the key areas related to the sport. I also appreciate that the modules can be implemented in stages instead of having to handle everything at once. On top of that the developers have been willing to make a few small adjustments so the application fits our needs better.

Pros
There's a wide range of features built in for leagues and tournament organizers and it really seems to cover just about everything we've been looking for.
Cons
I'm still waiting for the statistics and player analysis side to be added, along with better support for more individual sports.

“athlete scheduling that works”
Pros
Keeping everyone aligned on scheduling has been a huge win for us especially having the athletes included and updated as well. The app is a really valuable part of the platform and it's a big reason the scheduling system feels worth using for our needs.
Cons
Customization within the scheduling platform is pretty limited. The biggest downside has been not being able to add a series of events at once or adjust the calendar layout to make it easier to read.

Pros
Everything needed to handle registrations, players and game management is included for both coaches and players. It's clearly built with sports clubs and academies in mind especially for managing self registration, fixtures and related admin tasks.
Cons
That said, the app could be more user friendly, with added functionality for players and parents. The email feature also has room to grow so it can better take advantage of the CRM side of the database and direct bank integration for payments would be a valuable addition.

Pros
Having all of our team scheduling in one place makes a big difference and being able to view the full organization's schedule is really helpful. It improves communication and makes it much simpler to keep track of attendance for both practices and games. Moving players from one team to another is also quick and convenient with just a click.
Cons
One downside is not being able to create new default settings. There also isn't a way to delete old information.

“Easy scheduling”
Pros
Running a baseball organization with 75 or more teams each season, I really appreciate how simple it is to upload game schedules. The platform is user friendly and it makes it very convenient for players and families to quickly find their game times and check the standings.
Cons
When I open the schedule and try to update scores on my phone, the game list doesn't show the team names right away so I have to tap into each one to see which matchup it is. I assume that's because of the limited screen space on an iPhone and how much information is being displayed. Still, when I'm entering scores as they come in, I often have to open several score buttons before I find the correct game. It's a minor issue overall but I prefer updating scores in real time rather than waiting to enter them all at once.

Pros
Using this app has been quick, convenient and simple to navigate. Importing the schedule works really well and saves a lot of time.
Cons
The playoff brackets can't be edited once the games are set.
